Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) SECRET Operation Choke Point

The U.S. federal bureaucracy doesn’t often admit wrongdoing. This time it took a change in the political landscape, many businesses threatening legal action and a congressman with a background in banking to force the bureaucracy to admit to misconduct and to stop financial attacks on legal businesses that the Obama administration deems to be politically incorrect.

 

This week the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) published a statement saying they are instituting changes to stop Operation Choke Point’s discriminatory practices against legal businesses. The U.S. Justice Department still contends that Operation Choke Point is an initiative designed to reduce unlawful fraud by “choking” illegal players out of U.S. financial institutions. However, under direction of the FDIC, Operation Choke Point also affected the banking relationships of many legal businesses, including those of gun stores and other firearms-related companies. Some law-abiding businesses had their long-standing banking relationships terminated as a result of threats from the FDIC to censure financial institutions that do business with gun stores and other firearms-related businesses. Some examples of legal businesses being harmed were included in a report by the House Oversight Committee; still more examples were documented in research done by The Heritage Foundation’s The Daily Signal.

Operation Choke Point was an operation through which the Department of Justice was using various agencies/services under its power to pressure banks and credit companies to cut ties with “high risk” businesses. Not ironically, gun and ammunition sellers were categorized as “high risk.”

The letter from the FDIC says, “The FDIC is aware that some institutions may be hesitant to provide certain types of banking services due to concerns that they will be unable to comply with the associated requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)….” As a result, the FDIC says it is now “encourage[ing] institutions to take a risk-based approach in assessing individual customer relationships rather than declining to provide banking services to entire categories of customers….”



U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-Mo.), who was once a bank regulator for the state of Missouri and who now is a member of the House Financial Services Committee, released a statement after a meeting with FDIC Chairman Martin Gruenberg and Vice Chairman Tom Hoenig, that said in part: “After a year of mounting pressure from Congress and outside organizations like the National Shooting Sports Foundation, top officials from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation finally acknowledged their involvement and wrongdoing in Operation Choke Point.

 

  While I am very pleased the FDIC will put in place new polices and change the culture at the agency, there is still work to be done, specifically with the Department of Justice. I am pleased the National Shooting Sports Foundation supports my legislation, the Financial Institution Customer Protection Act, and I have no doubt the foundation will remain steadfast in educating its members and continuing the fight in ending Operation Choke Point once and for all.”



The FDIC will now require bank examiners to put any recommendation to end a banking relationship in writing. The bank examiner also must explain what law or regulation they believe is or was being violated.


During the investigation by Congress emails surfaced showing FDIC investigators “scheming to influence banks’ decisions on who to do business … [to ensure] banks ‘get the message’ about the businesses the regulators don’t like, and pressuring banks to cut credit or close those accounts, effectively discouraging entire industries.”


“The FDIC has ILLEGALLY allowed a culture within their agency to blossom that they believe it’s okay to impose their personal opinions and value system in a regulatory way. They are not a regulatory police—their job is to enforce the law.”

 

The FDIC admitted wrongdoing and is making administrative changes, but—as in the scandal within the IRS—the public is pushing for legislation to make certain another administration doesn’t use the FDIC to attack businesses it doesn’t like—what if, for example, a Republican administration used the FDIC to attack the finances of Planned Parenthood?
 
The bill would also create a legal path for citizens to take action against banks or regulatory institutions that terminate their banking relationships for ideological reasons.

islam and slavery still going strong today

Recently, the Nation of Islam had its annual gathering in Detroit over the weekend and thousands of attendees chanted “alahu akbar” as Louis Farrakhan made his way onto the stage.  Louis Farrakhan, as is his normal dog and pony show,  blamed the entire world’s ills on white people.

Interestingly,  Farrakhan finished his verbal racist tirade with the words..."That all human beings of color will soon enjoy peace, freedom justice and equality under the rule of Allah.”

I find it perplexing that the race baiter Farrakhan would bow to a murderous death cult, masquerading as a monotheistic religion, that sees him and his people as sub-human.  Of all people, Farrakhan , who is an educated man, should be better informed about the blood soaked relationship between African-Americans  and islam.

Farrakhan is speaking about African-Americans and islam based on a lack of knowledge about Islamic history as it pertains to African slavery. Historically, Arabic Muslim were taught by Muhammad that the sub-Saharan Negro race were created by allah as nothing more then a slave race.  muhammad, the pedophile prophet of islam,  taught that Noah prayed to allah to change the color of Ham’s skin, from a righteous and holy white to an evil dark color.  

The name Ham in Hebrew is the word for "burnt", "black" or "hot."  In Egyptian it is the word for "servant."  In the Torah, from which muhammad lifted a large part of the koran , it is written..."Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son, HAM, had done unto him.  And Noah said, Cursed be HAM; Forever, he shall be a servant of servants..." 

So, because of muhammad's plagiarism and his racist beliefs, Ham's descendants, all dark skinned Africans, were to be nothing more then property to be owned by Arabic-muslims.  A large part of the Sharia is dedicated to the practice of owning African slaves. Muslims are encouraged to live in the way of their murderous prophet muhammad, who was a slave owner and trader. He captured slaves in battle; he had sex with his slaves; and he instructed his men to do the same.

 

In the history of the African slave trade, Muslims controlled it totally.  Unlike the American south, which imported Negro slaves for agricultural work, the Muslim world primarily used them as slave labor and sex slaves. Dark skinned Africans were bought, sold, and murdered by the millions.  Dark skinned Africans were not only used as slave labor, but as foot soldiers by both the Arabs and Turks. Most often Dark skinned Africans slaves were used as as cannon fodder, meaning that their lives were worthless; because no matter how brave they were they would never be more then slaves.   A widely used practice by the Arabic Muslims, especially Wealthy Arabs and Turks was to take a hot knife, without the benefit of anesthesia, and castrate African Slaves who would then be used a house hold servants and guards.

Lets be totally honest about the slave trade... During the entire 200 years of slavery practiced in America and the Western Hemisphere, less then  5 percent were sent across the Atlantic Ocean to the Western Hemisphere.

Here is what some of the most famous Islamic scholars wrote about sub-Saharan Africans. All of these men are still revered and used for Islamic study to this day.

“Merriment dominates the black man because of his tiny defective animal brain, whence also the weakness or lack of his intelligence.” – Al-Masudi (896-956), 

 The muslim who was known as the “Herodotus of the Arabs.” wrote of dark skinned Africans “Of the neighbors of the Bujja, Maqdisi had heard that “there is no marriage among them; the child does not know his father, and they eat people — but God knows best. As for the Zanj, they are people of black color, flat noses, kinky hair, and little understanding with very little intelligence.” – Al-Muqaddasi (945/946-1000). A famous Arab geographer.

Considered to be one of the top scholars of the Islamic Golden Age. Ibn Sina AKA Avicenna (980-1037) , referred to as “The Father of Modern Medicine” by Persians. “ As per allah...Blacks are a people who are by their very nature slaves.”

Nasīr al-Dīn al-Tūsī (1201-1274) , Famous for both Islamic religious and scientific writings. Considered to be the Greatest Persian mathematician and astronomer of all time. First person to translate the all the famous Greek books of mathematics into Arabic.

“If, all types of men are taken, from the first, and one placed after another, like the Negro from Zanzibar, in the Southern-most countries, the Negro does not differ from an animal in anything except the fact that his hands have been lifted from the earth -in no other peculiarity or property – except for what God wished. Many have seen that the ape is more capable of being trained than the Negro, and more intelligent.”

“The Zanj, African, differ from animals only in that] their two hands are lifted above the ground,… Many have observed that the ape is more teachable and more intelligent than the Zanj.”

Ibn Khaldun (1332–1406), Andalusian Arab of Tunisian origin. Wrote the Muqaddimah, from which these quotes are taken. Regarded by Arabs & Turks as a founding father of sociology, economics, and historiography. Currently appears on the 10 Dinar bill in Tunisia.

“Therefore, the Negro nation are, as a rule, submissive to slavery, because Negroes have little that is essentially human and have attributes that are quite similar to those of brute animals.”
“beyond, known peoples of black West Africa, to the south there is no civilization in the proper sense. There are only humans who are closer to dumb animals than to rational beings. They live in thickets and caves, and eat herbs and unprepared grain. They frequently eat each other. They cannot be considered human beings.”

Question, when did major Muslim countries finally end Negro slavery?   In Egypt slavery was ended in 1896, followed by Turkey who abolished slavery in 1908, and last but not least Saudi Arabia ended official slavery of dark skinned Africans in 1956.  However today February 20th, 2017 slavery is still practiced in Africa by muslims.  In the Sudan and Mauritania, muslim societies enslave blacks to this very day.  Nearly all of the slaves in Africa are African Muslims. 

One might think American far left liberal activists would be rioting in the streets over the practice of slavery in Mauritania, a West African country with the largest population of black slaves in the world. Some estimates range from 100,000 to more than a half-million Dark skinned Africans are held in iron chains as slaves to this very day.  In Mauritania, AFRICA slaves are used for labor, sex and breeding. They black African slaves are wholly owned property of their masters, they are passed down through generations, given as wedding gifts or exchanged for camels, trucks, guns or money.

Where is the outrage? When is Louis Farrakhan boarding a plane to go set his people free? When will imams and islam decry the 1400 year long practice of slavery, which is on going to this very day?   

It makes little sense for African-Americans to align themselves with islam and it's lying, thieving, murdering prophet muhammad who states openly that African-Americans are a sub-human race, good for nothing, but to be slaves and to serve Arabic-muslims.
