Just Being Silly.....

The biggest object in our solar system is now Comet 17P/Holmes...

AND...

Comet 17P/Holmes is growing and expanding by the day. and still no images, no main stream media, no news reports, no explanation fromNASA, the Dept. of Defense, FEMA, nothing, nada, zip, zero, bup-kiss! Lets look at the sheer magnitude of what has happened in a a veryshort time.

The comet, asteroid, meteor, whatever 'IT' is, the thing is now BIGGER then the SUN!

The Hubble Space based telescope, The Spitzer Telescope, Germany'smost advanced deep space orbital telescope, and the Earth's biggestand most well funded land-base telescope Palomar Observatory are ALL missing in action, why? I can tell you this, several of the NSA's Covert series of high gain photo sats have been re-tasked to investigate this 'THING.'

Lets look at the numbers, shall we:

Comet 17P / Holmes is 1 409,918km,

The SUN is 1391,000km,

Jupiter 142,984kn,

The Earth 12,756km.

Anyone feeling insignificant?

When asked why nothing was being said about this situation, a specialist in Planetary Tectonic Magnetics who currently works for ************* in a sensitive field said: "You know why? Things are not yet in place to deal with the people part of the equation." I asked "what does that mean?" He replied "if it got out People would freak-out and panic..."

You ask dear reader..."What does that mean?" Well, lets see what is NOT being said.

So, here we are....11/10/2007....

There is a massive fire Ball in the sky growing daily in size. Growing, so big infact, that 'IT' is now bigger then the SUN! 'The Power That Be' are saying NOTHING. Not a word but, here are some interesting side notes about what is NOT being said.....

Try and connect the dots.......

In 2006 out of NO where, suddenly...The Norwegian government began constructing a global vault for seeds on Svalbard, halfway between theNorwegian mainland and the North Pole. Crop seeds from the entireworld will be put into frozen storage.

Wow..a place to store seeds incase of what....? Umm...something, say a massive impact by a cometwhich wipes out all the plant life for several years while the fires burn out and the insuing dust cloud settles.

Then you have in 2005...Engineers in the UK have started a three year,Fast track study into ways of intercepting or deflecting asteroids, comets, and meteors that might smash into the planet. The idea is thatthe engineers will only consider methods that could practically be implemented using......

Also in 2005 The European Space Agency is putting together a missionto see how well current technology could handle the threat of anasteroid-comet-meteor impact. The ESA is calling for spacecraft designproposals from the space industry, and early in 2006 it will selecttwo to be developed further. The final mission design will be chosenin early 2007, but the launch date has yet to be confirmed.

Also in 2005 Japan's Aero-Space Agency launched The HAYABUSA(MUSES-C)Mission which will investigate an Earth bound incoming object, such asan asteroid-meteor-comet also known as an earth-approaching type.Through this mission, Japan's Institute of Space and AstronauticalScience (ISAS) intends to establish the technology to intercept theEarth bound incoming object and bring back samples of the surface toearth (sample return).

Also in 2005 America's own NASA launched it's own Deep impact Probe. PASADENA,Calif. - NASA fine-tuned a space probe's final dive toward its comettarget Sunday, at the climax of a suicide mission that scientistshoped would provide new insight into the origins of the solarsystem. The 820-pound (373-kilogram) copper probe was on course tointercept Tempel 1, a pickle-shaped comet half the size of Manhattan, and smash a hole in it so scientists could get their first peek at theheart of one of the icy celestial bodies.

I am sure this is all just a big coincidence.

A silly fluke.

After all, I am absolutely SURE that the Major Governments of theworld spent BILLIONS of dollars trying to figure out how to stop, knock off course, or blow up, a comet just for the FUN of IT. I mean isn't government spelled backwards...FUN...FUN...FUN!

They love fun, their all about fun! After all you can't spell government without FUN!

I mean come on it's not like ALL of the World's Major Governments got together and began spending massive amounts of money, EACH and SEPARATELY, on exactly the same thing....to stop, knock off course, or blow up, a comet, AT EXACTLY the same time.

What would the odds ofthat be? Can you say 10 to the 50th power.

I mean it's not like THEY ALL had the SAME EXACT TIME FRAME.

OR that THEY all wanted to have the ANSWER, at the LATEST, by 2007-early 2008.

Come on, that would be crazy! Sheer lunacy!

AND!!!

To top it OFF, it's not like suddenly, one of the MAJOR GOVERNMENTS began to plan for the unthinkable and began building a DOOMSDAY SEED VAULT. That way after every living thing is killed off of the face of the earth, by say a COMET, they would have the seeds on hand to start over.

There no way all those random occuerances could happen at the exact same time unless there was a real-serious-pressing-life threatening-world altering, history making, high, VERY HIGH, probabiltiy, that indeed SOMETHING was Ummm....what's the phrase I am looking for?

Oh, yes

A Massive Comet whoes main body is composed of an outer core of ice with a dense inner core of Iron and Nickel Bromide. The unexpected density was so great that 2 American Nukes were unable to damage it significantly, or alter it's present IN-BOUND trajectory. On it's present course 'IT' is to strike the Earth with a high degree of absoulte certainty. The Nothern Hemisphere is the most likely strike zone, unless course alteration is achived in the next few weeks.

Now, I am just being silly!

Russia far advanced in EM Scaler weapons

In late April/early May of 1985, the entire armada of Soviet strategic scalar EM superweapons was activated as a special celebration of the 40th anniversary of the end of W.W.II.

Activation of this armada (which probably contained over 100 EM Mega Scaler Weapons), together with 27 giant power sub-systems and a large number of command and control transmissions, was monitored on an advanced, proprietary detection system.

After the gigantic strategic exercise, which lasted several days, most of the weapons and power sources were once again stood down to "standby and were moved to hidden locations deep within Russia.

Over the years, various aircraft were interfered with or downed as tests of these Soviet weapons. A particular case involved the mysterious loss of many F-111s in the Vietnam conflict. At least one downed F-111 crew was recovered in the subsequent prisoner of war exchange. On that aircraft all electrical systems were in difficulty simultaneously. This was probably due to special Soviet teams converting some North Vietnamese SA-2 missile system radars to the scalar EM mode, and employing "scalar beam" interference to produce spurious EM noise throughout the electrical and electronic systems of the aircraft.----------

As early as January 1960,

Nikita Khrushchev announced the Soviet development of a new, fantastic weapon.

On April 10 1963 one of the first new superweapons operationally deployed

was used to destroy the U.S.S. Thresher atomic submarine underwater,

off the east coast of the U.S. The next day, April 11, 1963 the same deployed superweapon was utilized in a different mode to produce a giant underwater explosion in the ocean over the Puerto Rican Trench, 100 miles north of Puerto Rico. "

The NASA shuttle launches provided an convenient opportunity for Soviet testing of these superweapons in a launch phase ABM mode, where a launched missile can be detected and destroyed shortly after liftoff. At first, electromagnetic pulse (EMP) bursts on the early shuttle trajectory were deliberately delayed in time, to prevent actual destruction of the target and avoid alerting the U.S. that something unusual was happening.

The shuttle launch of November 26, 1985 saw a particularly significant test of this kind. In this case,

a very loud unexplained "sonic boom" or explosion occurred over the launch site 12 minutes after shuttle liftoff,

when the shuttle was already away and downrange. At least two previous shuttle launches had also been used as pseudo-targets, with delayed booms occurring over the launch site well behind the vehicles.

After lack of U.S. reaction to these tests showed that the

U.S. still had no knowledge of the new technology

and did not even recognize its employment, the Soviets apparently decided to proceed with tests where the target would actually be destroyed. On December 12, 1985 the same Soviet weapon tested against the NASA shuttle launches deliberately interfered with the controls of an Arrow DC-8 taking off from Gander Air Force Base, Newfoundland. At an altitude of 100 feet, the aircraft--carrying over 250 U.S. soldiers and civilian crew members lost power and sank into the ground tail-low, killing everyone on board.

Three Canadian witnesses to the crash were interviewed over the Canadian Broadcast Corporation's television news on April 8,1986 at 10 p.m. No flame or smoke issued from the plane before its descent and crash.

However the aircraft was seen to be mysteriously glowing with a yellow glow. That is a signature of the use of a scalar howitzer in the "continuous EM emergence" mode, similar to the manner in which the F-111s were downed in Vietnam. In short, the DC-8s electrical systems were interfered with ny electromagnetic noise created throughout the spacetime occupied by the aircraft. The powerful charge created in and around the aircraft also apparently caused the loss of two engines, one after the other. With its controls ineffective, and its power drastically reduced, the aircraft sank to earth, still in its "tail down" configuration from takeoff, and crashed and burned.

The "yellow glow" was a corona due to the acquisition of a high electrical charge by the skin of the aircraft. They have tested a fantastic range of anti-ballistic missile (ABM) defense weapons for over two decades, and the West is currnetly far behind in such technology.

Is anyone in Washington Listening...?

Russia is conducting pre-emptive First - Strike nuclear sorties against the Continental U.S.

In addition to arming our enemies like Iran and Syria, they are now playing dangerous war games reminiscent to the warmer periods of "the Cold War."

Drowned out in the media by tales of O.J. and Brittney, it is probably news to the majority of Americans that as you are reading this, Russian strategic bombers are conducting a series of long-range training flights, complete with aerial refueling, simulating a full-fledged nuclear cruise missile strike on the Continental United States.

These exercises, conducted in a time when world tensions continue to mount, are scheduled to continue through September 21st.
Russian strategic bombers Tu-160, Tu-95 and Tu-22M3, and Il-78 aerial tankers are engaged in this exercise, which in all practicality, could "go live" at any time, and the

U.S. would have precious little warning should the unthinkable occur.

Accordingly, these Russian exercises can and should be viewed as "Warning Order" exercises which could be executed against the Continental United States and our allies imminently - even during the execution of the announced "exercises" themselves. In that case the exercise would no longer be an exercise, but a real-world pre-emptive nuclear strike by Russian cruise missiles.

It is important to point out that all military forces exercise such capabilities for a variety of reasons.

The primary reason is to be able to execute such a mission as effectively as possible when such an order is issued.

In August, Moscow announced that flights by strategic bombers have not only resumed, but would continue to be flown on a permanent basis. According to intelligence sources,

Russian aircraft equipped with cruise missiles could strike between 172 - 192 American cities

(depending upon their weapon configuration) inside the U.S. with little warning. They appear to be flying sorties to forward launch points prior to the exercise, then are refueled in -flight to get them within range of the Continental U.S., but remain just outside of our air defense envelope to enable a launch followed by escape and evade back to their home bases.

In September 2006 Russian strategic aviation conducted simulated nuclear strikes within the contiguous territory of the Russian Federation. That exercise reportedly involved 60 long-range bombers of the same variants seen airborne in the exercise currently in progress. The difference is that in the exercise of 3 and 4 September, as well as the current 18-21 September exercise, the targets of the nuclear cruise missiles are not within Russian territory but are in fact once again real-world locations within the continental United States. To my knowledge, exercises of this scale with massed strategic, long-range aircraft of 12 or more in a single sortie, accompanied by long-range refueling aircraft, over a period of several days and in such a configuration that the Russian aircraft aloft could strike a couple hundred U.S. cities, military targets and infrastructure with 200kt nuclear weapons evokes images of a modern day, albeit nuclear, 'Pearl Harbor.'

This is inherently dangerous and deadly business. In fact, it is my opinion that such exercises are a direct threat of nuclear warfare against America by Russia.

Russian strategic bombers... Need I say More?

MOSCOW, Russia's strategic bombers have resumed the Soviet Union's Cold War practice of flying long-haul missions to areas patrolled by NATO and the United States, generals said on Thursday.

A Russian bomber flew over a U.S. military base on the Pacific island of Guam on Wednesday and "exchanged smiles" with U.S. pilots who had scrambled to track it, said Maj. Gen. Pavel Androsov, head of long-range aviation in the Russian air force.

"It has always been the tradition of our long-range aviation to fly far into the ocean, to meet [U.S.] aircraft carriers and greet [U.S. pilots] visually," Androsov told a news conference.
"Yesterday we revived this tradition, and two of our young crews paid a visit to the area of the [U.S. Pacific Naval Activities] base of Guam," he said.

President Vladimir Putin has sought to make Russia more assertive in the world.

Putin has boosted defense spending and sought to raise morale in the armed forces, which were starved of funding in the chaos that followed the fall of the Soviet Union.

Androsov said the sortie by the two turboprop Tu-95MS bombers, from a base near Blagoveshchensk in the Far East, had lasted for 13 hours. The Tu-95, codenamed "Bear" by NATO, is Russia's Cold War icon and may stay in service until 2040.

"I think the result was good. We met our colleagues -- fighter jet pilots from [U.S.] aircraft carriers. We gave them the finger and returned home," Androsov said.

U.S. officials told CNN, however, that the two bombers came no closer than 100 miles to any U.S. aircraft and no closer than 300 miles to the Navy ships, and that there was no visual contact.

Ivan Safranchuk, Moscow office director of the Washington-based World Security Institute, said he saw nothing extraordinary in Moscow sending its bombers around the globe.
"This practice as such never stopped, it was only scaled down because there was less cash available for that," he said. "It doesn't cost much to flex your muscles and soon we will catch the Americans sleeping ... You can burn fuel flying over your own land or you can do it flying somewhere like Guam, in which case political dividends will be higher."

The bombers give Russia the capability of launching a devastating nuclear strike even if the nuclear arsenals on its own territory are wiped out.
During the Cold War, they played elaborate airborne games of cat-and-mouse with Western air forces.

Lt. Gen. Igor Khvorov, air force chief of staff, said the West would have to come to terms with Russia asserting its geopolitical presence around the globe.

On Wednesday, young pilots of strategic bombers passed a series of tests, including missile launches. "We fired eight cruise missiles, and all hit bull's eye," Khvorov said.
He said one crew had taken off from Engels in southwestern Russia, hit a target in the north and then flown thousands of kilometers before finally landing in the Far East.

Engels is home to Russia's supersonic Tupolev Tu-160 strategic bombers, in service since 1987 and codenamed "Blackjack" by NATO while called "White Swan" by Russian pilots.
The generals said under Putin long-range aviation was no longer hindered by a lack of fuel, the aircraft enjoyed better maintenance and the crews much higher wages -- not the least because the Kremlin leader once made a five-hour sortie as part of a "White Swan" crew.

Soon America will be caught asleep at the switch and the Russian Airforce allied with the Chinese Airforce will end the threat of the West forever.

Thank you spinless Washington Insiders

CHINA threatens "nuclear option" of dollar sales

The Chinese government has begun a concerted campaign of economic threats against the United States, hinting that it may liquidate its vast holding of US treasuries if Washington imposes trade sanctions to force a yuan revaluation.

Two officials at leading Communist Party bodies have given interviews in recent days warning - for the first time -

Beijing may use its $1.33 trillion (£658bn) of foreign reserves as a political weapon.

This to counter pressure from the US Congress. Shifts in Chinese policy are often announced through key think tanks and academies. Described as China's "nuclear option" in the state media, such action could trigger a dollar crash at a time when the US currency is already breaking down through historic support levels. It would also cause a spike in US bond yields, hammering the US housing market and perhaps tipping the economy into recession.

It is estimated that China holds over $900 Billion in a mix of US bonds. Xia Bin, finance chief at the Development Research Centre (which has cabinet rank), kicked off what now appears to be government policy with a comment last week that Beijing's foreign reserves should be used as a "bargaining chip" in talks with the US.

"Of course, China doesn't want any undesirable phenomenon in the global financial order," he added. He Fan, an official at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, went even further today, letting it be known that Beijing had the power to set off a dollar collapse if it choose to do so."China has accumulated a large sum of US dollars. Such a big sum, of which a considerable portion is in US treasury bonds, contributes a great deal to maintaining the position of the dollar as a reserve currency.

Russia, Switzerland, and several other countries have seriously reduced the their dollar holdings."China is unlikely to follow suit as long as the yuan's exchange rate is stable against the dollar. The Chinese central bank will be forced to sell dollars once the yuan appreciated dramatically, which might lead to a mass depreciation of the dollar," he told China Daily.

The threats play into the presidential electoral campaign of

Hillary Clinton(The Next US President),

has called for restrictive legislation to prevent America being "held hostage to economic decicions being made in Beijing, Shanghai, or Tokyo".

She said foreign control over 44pc of the US national debt had left America acutely vulnerable.Simon Derrick, a currency strategist at the Bank of New York Mellon, said the comments were a message to the US Senate as Capitol Hill prepares legislation for the Autumn session. "The words are alarming and unambiguous. This carries a clear political threat and could have very serious consequences at a time when the credit markets are already afraid of contagion from the subprime troubles," he said.

A bill drafted by a group of US senators, and backed by the Senate Finance Committee, calls for trade tariffs against Chinese goods as retaliation for alleged currency manipulation. The yuan has appreciated 9 percent against the dollar over the last two years under a crawling peg but it has failed to halt the rise of China's trade surplus, which reached $26.9bn in June.

Henry Paulson, the US Tresury Secretary, said any such sanctions would undermine American authority and "could trigger a global cycle of protectionist legislation".

Mr Paulson is a China expert from his days as head of Goldman Sachs. He has opted for a softer form of diplomacy, but appeared to win few concession from Beijing on a unscheduled trip to China last week aimed at calming the waters.

I thought they were our friends?

Russian and Chinese troops are joining forces this week in the first military exercises by an international organisation that is regarded in some quarters as a potential rival to Nato.
Tens of thousands of soldiers and 2500 combat vehicles will take part in “Peace Mission 2007”, organised by the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia. Russian officials have also proposed an alliance between the SCO and a body representing most of the former Soviet republics.

Untold scores of Russian and Chinese aircraft begin joint exercises tomorrow before a week of military manoeuvres from Thursday that will include Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. At least 6,500 troops are involved in what is described as an antiterror exercise.

Colonel-General Vladimir Moltenskoi, the deputy commander of Russian ground forces, said: “The exercise will involve practically all SCO members for the first time in its history.”
Staff officers from Uzbekistan, the sixth SCO member, will also attend in what is being regarded as a major extension of the organisation’s capabilities. The SCO was founded as a nonmilitary alliance in 2001 to combat drugs and weapons smuggling as well as terrorism and separatism in the region. It has since developed a role in regional trade and is increasingly regarded by Moscow and Beijing as a counterweight to US global influence.

The secretary-general of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) called last week for joint military exercises with the SCO. Nikolai Bordyuzha said that the body representing Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan should work with the SCO to guarantee security across the region. Mr Bordyuzha has already announced a CSTO plan to create a large military force capable of assisting a member state in the event of an attack. A rapid-reaction force is already based in Central Asia and there are plans for a common air defence system covering most of the former Soviet Union.

Leaders of SCO member states will meet in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz capital, next week for their annual summit. Turkmenistan will also attend for the first time, while Mongolia, Iran, India and Pakistan have observer status.

Igor Ivanov, the head of Russian security, played down concerns in May that the SCO was evolving into a military alliance to counter the expansion of Nato into Asia as part of the War on Terror. But MPs on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee expressed fears last year that the West could be on a collision course in the struggle for energy resources with “an authoritarian bloc opposed to democracy” that was based on an alliance between China and Russia.
A newly assertive Russia, flush with oil and gas revenues, is moving rapidly to increase its military capability amid tensions with the West over missile defence and Nato expansion. Almost £100 billion has been set aside for rearmament over the next eight years.

You sank my Battleship!!!

(Vancouver, BC) -- "How close were we to seeing an armed nuclear conflict?" That is the question being asked as Syrian nationals temporarily vacated Beirut, Lebanon and the Jordan Valley during mid July according to sources close to ACG-CIS. Many security and intelligence officials believe that this behavior may have been related to the US sinking of a North Korean ship approximately 100 nautical miles from the coast of Iran.

It was not immediately clear why, around July 10, 2007, the Syrian nationals, primarily engaged in construction, trades and agricultural occupations, should have vacated Lebanon without notice. The nationals were noticed to have returned to Beirut and the Jordan Valley by July 21, 2007.

ACG-CIS is of the opinion that the approximate 10-day absence may have been in part due to a warning system alerting the nationals to the possibility of an impending military or terror strike against Israel and other western interests in the region.

According a number of news sources, officials and clerics from Syria and Iran met during this time period reportedly to draw plans and scenarios for proposed attacks and increased activity against western interests in both the Mid East region and elsewhere. Those talks ended last week with no official announcements from any of the participants.

ACG-CIS, based upon further analysis, believe that the nationals were warned of an apparent military style strike or strikes as Hezbollah was reported to be moving missiles in civilian populated areas throughout southern Lebanon. This movement along with the involvement of the Iranian president, an adamant believer in nuclear technology and development, lead to concerns about the possibility of a military style "dirty bomb" nuclear attack or a ballistic missile attack involving nuclear weapons purchased from North Korea.

It was reported earlier this month that while the North Korean 2006 test demonstrated the viability and reliability of North Korea's Scud- and Nodong-class systems, it left open the status of the three ballistic missile systems that the Korean People's Army (KPA) recently placed, or is placing, into service as testing on North Korea short-range missile systems has been quietly ongoing.

In classified reports American naval and air forces intercepted two North Korean vessels clandestinely en route for Iran with cargoes of enriched uranium and nuclear equipment in the past month. The shutdown of Pongyong's nuclear facilities has made these items surplus to North Korea's requirements and the Islamic Republic was more than willing to pay a hefty price for the goods.

On July 12, the second intercepted North Korean freighter was sunk in the Arabian Sea by torpedoes fired from a US submarine 100 miles southeast of the Iranian naval base-port of Chah Bahar. Delivery of its freight of enriched weapons-grade uranium and equipment and engines for manufacturing more fissile material including plutonium in its hold could have jump-forwarded Iran's nuclear bomb and warhead project, lopping off at least a year of work. For this Iran's rulers were ready to reportedly pay out a cool $500 million.

A few hours earlier, President Bush received an intelligence briefing on the vessel, its freight and destination. Apparently the shipment was brought forward by several weeks to evade detection by UN nuclear inspectors scheduled to visit Pyongyang this week to verify the dismantling of its nuclear facilities.

US airplanes had been tracking the freighter and picked up signs of radioactivity, indicating the presence of nuclear materials aboard.

President Bush had the option of ordering US Marines to board the vessel or to sink it. He decided on the latter - both because the North Korean freighter was approaching an area patrolled by Iranian naval units and seizure of the vessel by American marines might have provoked a clash; secondly, it was the better choice in order to avoid exposing US troops to radioactive contamination. American naval and air units in the Persian Gulf, Middle East and seas opposite North Korea were ordered to go on a high state of readiness and the torpedo the North Korean vessel was accomplished without delay.

After the attack, US warships raced to the spot where the ship went down where they picked up three lifeboats. Most of the North Korean sailors aboard were either injured or dead. Twenty in all died in the attack. They all bore symptoms of contamination. After the episode, the area was cordoned off and underwater equipment dropped to salvage the cargo from the sunken ship.
All the parties to the incident, the United States, North Korea and Iran, have kept the incident under wraps as the situation in and around the Gulf is inflammable enough to explode into a full-blown Iranian-US clash at the slightest provocation.

Bunker Buster bombs..Iran, N. Korea, Syria, ???

U.S. Outfitting B-2 Stealth Bombers with Monster Bunker Buster Bombs

What could the Target be? Iran, N. Korea, Syria? All of these countries are pawns on a much bigger chess board.

The U.S. is retrofitting its B-2 Stealth bombers with massive bunker-buster bombs -- a move that could be a prelude to an attack on Iran and its nuclear facilities.Iran has refused to comply with international demands that it stop its nuclear weapons programs. Experts have noted that a U.S. or Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear program could be difficult due to the large number of installations -- some of which are buried deep underground in hardened bunkers.

In a recent NewsMax Magazine, Kenneth R. Timmerman's report "The Coming War with Iran: 6 Days of Hell" predicted the U.S. would outfit B-2's as a prelude to an attack on Iran. [Editor's Note: Get this special report "The Coming War with Iran: 6 Days of Hell" with our FREE offer -- Go Here Now]Apparently the U.S. has big plans for Iran.Northrop Grumman announced last week in a little noticed release that the company had begun integrating on the B-2's a new 30,000-pound-class "penetrator bomb" or bunker buster.

"The U.S. Air Force's B-2 Stealth bomber would be able to attack and destroy an expanded set of hardened, deeply buried military targets" using the monster bunker buster, the company said in its release. The company is doing the work under a seven-month, $2.5 million contract awarded June 1 by the Air Force's Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Northrop Grumman is the Air Force's prime contractor on the B-2, the flagship of the nation's long-range strike arsenal.

The new Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP), which is being developed by the Boeing Co., is a GPS-guided weapon containing more than 5,300 pounds of conventional explosives inside a 20.5-foot-long enclosure of hardened steel. It is designed to penetrate dirt, rock and reinforced concrete to reach enemy bunker or tunnel installations. The B-2 is capable of carrying two MOPs, one in each weapons bay. "This integration contract is part of Northrop Grumman's on-going effort to ensure that the B-2 remains capable of delivering a decisive blow to an increasingly sophisticated enemy," said Dave Mazur, vice president of long-range strike for the company's Integrated Systems sector.

"It is the first step in helping the Air Force make this new weapon available for operational use on the B-2." According to Mazur, the Air Force is expected to make a decision later this year on whether to develop a limited operational capability for the MOP, or to proceed with a more comprehensive development program that would optimize the weapon's operational utility. The current contract will focus on adapting the B-2's weapon bay fixtures to accommodate the new weapon.

The North American Union.....

The Powers That Be…. Have long ago decided for the citizens of Canada, Untied States, and Mexico that to compete in a global economy what is necessary is an economic, military, and social tribunal of Nations to be known as:

The North American Union. The monetary unit of The North American Union is to be the ‘Amero.’

You might ask how in the world they plan to pull this off? It’s very easy….The United States, thanks to the traitor Franklin D. Roosevelt, with the birth of the FED, became a debt-based monetary system. The shackles of Economic slavery upon the United States are in the form of a debt which there can never be enough money to repay both the principal and pay interest unless debt is continually expanded.

So, the more we borrow, the more we owe. The more we owe, the more we borrow… add nausea. This becomes an ever widening economic pit by which we dig ourselves further and further into debt.

Debt-based monetary systems do not work in reverse, nor can they stand still without a liquidity buffer in the form of savings or a current account surplus. Something which ‘Junior ’ or ‘W’ as his friends call him has made sure that due to the Iraq war the United States no longer has the ability to sustain itself as a viable economic entity.

As a matter of record, as of August 1st 2007 the Iraq war debt has reached 400 billion US dollars. The President of the United States or ‘W’ as his friends call him, has bankrupted the United States with an unmanageable, un-repayable, war debt of over 400 BILLION that BILLION with a B, US dollars. This does not even take into account the interest on a debt of 400 Billion. The finial debt with interest could exceed 5 TRILLION dollars. That’s not even taking into account the 1.5 - 3 TRILLION annually we are incurring aside from the Iraq war debt.
Let’s examine just how much debt the United States is incurring presently. According to the most recent Flow of Funds report from the Federal Reserve, total credit market debt (TCMD) expanded by $799 billion in the third quarter of 2005. At this rate, debt growth for a single year is $3 trillion, or 50% greater than total US industrial production. Since 1987, the year Alan Greenspan became chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, TCMD has more than tripled, from $13 trillion to $40 trillion, and now accounts for well over 300% of GDP. This debt growth is without precedent by any relative or absolute measure, evidence that the US has experienced a debt bubble.

Traditionally, savings finance debt. As the US savings rate has been anemic for years, many establishment economists, Ben Benanke among them, have claimed that US debt growth is supported by the inflow of surplus savings from abroad-the global savings glut thesis. Net purchases of US debt by foreign interests, though, are less than $1 trillion per year, far short of annual debt growth of $3 trillion. Some commentators are quick to point a finger at the Fed; it's printing money they say. This too misses the mark. As of 9 December, Fed credit was up just 3.8% YoY and the combined balance sheet of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks is barely $1 trillion.
The pump for the epic American debt bubble is neither foreign savings nor the Fed. For the $27 trillion of debt created during his tenure, Alan Greenspan can thank the private sector and the government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). The Fed may be negligent for loosing control of the credit system, but it is not directly responsible for what has occurred since. The GSE's combined book of business, for instance, dwarfs the Fed balance sheet at nearly $3 trillion. Anchored by the money center banks, a vast constellation of financial entities, including mortgage lenders, consumer credit firms, and the financial arms of industrial enterprises, has blossomed to do with a vengeance what the Fed itself would not; create a seemingly unlimited quantity of debt out of thin air through loan origination.

Debt is self-liquidating when used to generate future income, from which interest is serviced and principal repaid. Used for any other purpose, it is non-self-liquidating and results in payment obligations with no countervailing source of income. Of the $3 trillion in debt created this year, households used about 50% for mortgages and consumer loans, governments 25%, and companies 25%. Only companies incur self-liquidating debt, so at least 75%, or $2.25 trillion, of the debt has produced a future burden rather than an income stream. Companies, though, are no white knights. They have mostly used their $750 billion of the debt pie for purposes other than capital investment, namely to cover unfunded liabilities and buyback shares they liberally printed to reward management in the first place. The US is, thus, at or close to a situation whereby the percentage of debt financed by domestic savings is zero and the percentage of non-self-liquating debt is one hundred.

A debt-based monetary system has a lifespan-limiting Achilles heel: as debt is created through loan origination, an obligation above and beyond this sum is also created in the form of interest. As a result, there can never be enough money to repay principal and pay interest unless debt is continually expanded. Debt-based monetary systems do not work in reverse, nor can they stand still without a liquidity buffer in the form of savings or a current account surplus.
When debt grows faster than the economy, the burden of interest is bearable only so long as the rate of interest is falling. When the rate of interest reverses course, interest charges start rising faster than debt growth. This point was reached on 16 June 2003, the day the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury bottomed at 3.09%. Since then, debt grew from $32 trillion to $40 trillion, an increase of 25%. During the same period, annual interest charges rose by over 50%, from $1.28 trillion ($32 trillion at the prevailing average interest rate for debtors of 4%) to $2.0 trillion ($40 trillion at 5%). When interest charges exceed debt growth, debtors at the margin are unable to service their debt. They must begin liquidating.

Dipping into savings or running a current account surplus can offset liquidation for a time. The greater the pool of savings and the current account surplus, the longer an economy can endure liquidation at the margin without experiencing cascading cross-defaults. The US in the early 1930s and Japan in the early 1990s had such a liquidity buffer. In both cases, mobilizing domestic savings to increase government debt reversed the decline in total debt outstanding in two to three years and interest rates stayed low because savings financed the new debt. As a result, interest charges no longer exceeded debt growth and the need for marginal debtors to liquidate disappeared.

The US is now in a fundamentally different position than it was in 1930 or Japan was in 1990. Aside from a dearth of domestic savings, its vulnerability is compounded by a current account deficit. There is no buffer and no margin for error. Thus, when interest charges, now $2 trillion per year and accelerating, overtake annual debt growth, now $3 trillion and decelerating, liquidation will immediately trigger cascading cross-defaults. Without domestic savings to mobilize, the Fed cannot facilitate the expansion of government debt to fill the breach and simultaneously hold down interest rates. It cannot win the battle to keep debt growth greater than interest charges, the precondition for the viability of a debt-based monetary system. Once started, cascading cross-defaults consume all debt within an economy.

This leaves the Slave Masters…the Fed with only one option…. Listen closely…Put your ear to the monitor…are you ready……here it is….

“Institute a new monetary system with a new currency.”

“Ta….da!” It’s magic! Now you see it…Now you don’t! Apple sauce… Apple Sauce…Thank you…thank you very much.

I am afraid ‘W; has left the building!

I will end where I began….

The tribunal of once sovereign nations will now be known as The North American Union.

The monetary unit of The North American Union is to be the ‘Amero.’

RUSSIA TESTING BRIT RESPONSE?

During the Cold War NATO had to maintain High Alert interceptor capabilities on short notice to stop Soviet Long Range Nuclear bombers from turning most of Western Europe into a radioactive waste land.

This sort of activity has not been seen in years. Increasingly, Russia is placing the UK and her Allies on pins and needles. Those Western powers which have signed a non-aggression pact with the new Russia have not had the same instances of air space violation as those who choose to forgo the signing of the 2004 Russian non aggression pact. It might be instructive to remind President Bush and the new UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown that the new Russian federation is far stronger then ever was the former Soviet Union!

Norwegian military spokesman Lt. Col. John Inge Oeglaend said his country's F-16s were sent into action multiple times over the last few weeks. Most recently when two Russian Tu-95 heavy bombers headed south towards the Norwegian coast deep into international air space. They turned around just above Aberdeen on Scotland's North Sea coast only two minutes from invading UK airspace.

In another bold face attempt to test UK air space defenses, two Tu-160 long range nuclear equipped bombers were spotted flying straight at Norwegian air space over the Barents Sea.

Oeglaend characterized the incidents as troubling. trying to down play the seriousness of these repeated military incursions the Norwegian head of Air Defense said that these incidents were highly unusual. Especially, when you consider that the first two bombers went so deep into our southern population centers." Aberdeen's latitude is about 50 miles below the southern tip of Norway where close to two million Norwegians live and work in Norway’s major cities.

Russian Air Force spokesman Col. Alexander Drobyshevsky said British and Norwegian planes approaching bombers on training flights were a "normal occurrence. That the Western powers should get used to a world where Russia is taking a more open approach to it’s position as ‘THE’ world’s leader. "

A spokesman for Britain's Royal Air Force said he had no immediate response on the air space incursions. British media has repeatedly reported that RAF planes have been scrambled to stop incoming Russian bombers, this as recently as Tuesday.

What is sobering is there only has to be one slip by the British RAF or Norwegian Air Defense. The advancement of Russian military power in the last 5 years means with only two Russian Tu-95 heavy bombers they have enough Nuclear warheads to wipe out every major cities in both countries. One must keep in mind that the Russians have over 250 Russian Tu-95 heavy bombers. This is not counting their medium range bomber, their mobile Ballistic missiles, their nuclear equipped submarine fleet, their surface Naval fleet which is reported to possesses more nuclear warheads then the Russian army has in it’s entire arsenal, and what you have is a recipe for disaster. Should Vladimir Putin at any time wish to end Western interference in Russian affairs he could do so with very little effort or losses.

Ratcheting up tensions between the West and Russia Britain on Monday ordered four diplomats to leave as punishment for Russia's refusal to extradite the man named by Britain as the chief suspect in last year's killing in London of ex-Russian security officer-turned-Kremlin critic Alexander Litvinenko.

America found murdered..... 1776-2007

The middle country in the new North American Union use to be a sovereign country called America. It had a Bill of Rights guaranteeing the right of it’s citizens. It had a Constitution which was an agreed upon set of laws governing the Once sovereign country. Now, a new Social form of government rules where once a free country once stood.

The peoples of the New North American Union do not have a Bill of Rights or a Constitution but a loose set of agreed upon promises. These new promises are not given to everyone nor are they solid and definable. As a matter of pride the only way to assure these new loose set of agreed upon promises is by purchasing them at the new Judicial Finical Court House. There one has no worries about prison sentences, or long terms of confinement. If you have the money, from working hard, or owning factories, or simply have the money, you can receive Finical-Legal freedom guaranteed to all those who can afford it.

No longer will the poor rise up and consume their Superiors by entangling them in long drawn court cases. Court cases which were often lopsided to the victims point of view. Now, it is about the promise of a new day in the New North American Union. Workers, those found guilty of not having the finical income or ability to support New North American Union will do so by giving their lives in the factories, mines, and production facilities. Those found to be Superior due to obvious wealth, Political or Social influence will be allowed to live as they so choose. This is the promise of the New North American Union. “Those deemed Financially Worthy receive the promise of a new day.”

The New North American Union is set up like it’s Sister Union, the European Union, but not as powerful as the New Chino-Asian Union which now compromises the entire Far East. Though, Japan, Taiwan, North and South Korea, Laos, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and territories not mentioned suffered brutally under the Chinese invasion and subsequent occupation.

Thankfully, the world now knows through the official News agency of the Chino-Asian News Corp that the peoples of the New Chino-Asian Union were both glad and happy to give up their once fruitless struggle for democracy. As Chino News Corp has repeatedly shown in their state films every one is big smiles and happy-glad. As a matter of pride the tens of millions who happily gave their lives for the New Chino-Asian Union there is now a commemoration in the Chino Asian Emperors Hall of government which states that they were all happy-glad to give their lives for the New Chino-Asian Union. If one wishes the small wooden plaque is just left of the basement near the boilers down level b-10 near the incinerators.

If you need help in finding the plaque you can ask any of the armed guards, or armed sentries, or any of the armed thought councilors, who will be happy to scan your thoughts with their new portable MRI-thought mapping happy-glad help devices.

As a matter of pride the New Chino-Asian Union can now speed up the process of you or anyone becoming a happy-glad worker for the New Chino-Asian Union. Just contact through your local Military-Police Union and they will happily pick up you and your entire family and all of your friends and their families too, for immediate collection and processing. You and all of your definable, researchable, social group will be speedily processed using the newest Neural-RE-Mapping happy-glad Quantum Neural processors. Like Hundreds of millions before you and your entire definable, researchable, social group will be made into more productive, with the ability to receive and immediately follow orders from those who are superior to you. No more will you, or any of your definable, researchable, social group have to worry about thinking or worrying or anything so troubling. Now you will proudly chant the slogan of the New Chino-Asian Union. “We Obey, because we serve the New Chino-Asian Union….Long Live our Superiors!”

The World 2010

In a month, August 20 and 21, the leaders of the United States, Canada, and Mexico will sit down together in Montebello, Quebec to discuss making the borders between these three nations disappear.

They will discuss progress on a vast highway project passing through America to link Mexico with Canada.

So far, no one has asked the citizens of these three nations whether they want to do this. It is not up for a vote in Congress and, indeed, Congress has no supervision over the gnomes in the U.S. Department of Commerce who are busily “harmonizing” the laws under the auspices of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).

This, we’re told, is not a treaty so Congress has no constitutional oversight obligation. I guess it’s more like a nice big handshake between the presidents and prime minister of these three nations who, let’s face it, just know better than the rest of us. I mean, do Canadians really think they’re in charge of Canada? Americans should have a say about programs affecting America? Or has anyone asked Mexicans if they want to be part of some “harmonized” configuration not unlike the European Union?

Last time I checked, the European Union lacked a constitution because some of its member states, notably France, had rejected the one that was offered. The Constitutions of the United States, Canada and Mexico are about three sovereign states determining their own regulations and laws. So far, fourteen U.S. States have passed resolutions in their respective and sovereign legislatures directing the federal government to abandon further activities involving SPP.

Part of the opposition is directed at what is generally called the NAFTA Superhighway; an exceptionally wide corridor that would include rail lines, freeways, and pipelines from Mexico to the Canadian border. The Texas legislature passed a law intended to slow down the highway project with a two-year moratorium. The vote in the Texas House was 137-2. The Texas Senate passed it with only four votes in opposition, but the Governor vetoed it in late June, thus opening the door to the seizure of the private property needed for the Trans Texas Corridor (TCC).

Turns out that Texas had already signed a 50-year lease with a private Spanish company named Cintra, one that permits for no competition by way of building new government roads or improving existing ones going in the same direction.

Why are we not surprised to know that SPP was kicked off in 2005 by a meeting in Crawford, Texas of the then-presidents of the three nations hosted by President George W. Bush, a former Governor of Texas?

Bush has been a leading proponent of the “immigration reform” legislation that more than two-thirds of Americans polled say they do not want. Tucked into those “reforms” were provisions to advance SPP. A Teddy Kennedy amendment to S. 1348 asserts that, “It is the sense of the Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico, which will lead to reduced immigration.” Oh, yeah? And here I thought the economic well being of Mexico was the job of the Mexican government.

As this is written, the President and the Congress have the lowest popularity ratings ever. Perhaps it has something to do with a secretive process involving the highest levels of government and a consortium of multinational corporations who are eager for the nation-busting North American Union and the superhighway?

Indeed, “secretive” is the mode of operation for SPP from the beginning. Last year, from September 12 to 14, a gathering sponsored by something called the North American Forum, brought together some very powerful people, but the media was not informed about it, nor has a list of attendees been available. One Canadian commentator has written that, “There is no better indication that these meetings and the SPP itself, constitute a parallel governing structure—unaccountable to any democratic institution or the public.”

This is not the way America, Canada, and presumably, Mexico, is supposed to be governed. The public outcry against the proposed immigration reform bill was enough to kill it in its present form.

In his book, “The Late Great U.S.A.” ($25.95, WND Books), Jerome R. Corsi, Ph.D., warns that, “There are movements afoot in Mexico, Canada, and the United States, similar to those in Europe that led to the formation of the European Union that, if left unchecked, will erode U.S. sovereignty and lead to a North American Union.”

Perhaps when Congress begins to raise our taxes, authorize a superhighway, and offer yet another amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, the American people may take notice and want to do something about it. By then, however, it will be too late.

any attack upon Iran would be considered an attack on Russia!!!

The WORLD Averts US Nuclear Armageddon...
Analysts are reporting today that this past weeks Sudden Unplanned-Emergency Summit’ between Presidents Putin and Bush in the United States has ‘narrowly averted an American/ Iranian nuclear Armageddon.’ A nightmare in which the Americans were planning a massive atomic strike upon Iran.

Vladimir Putin was advised by Russian Military Commanders that the United States had issued the orders for a nuclear strike on Iran. This story has been confirmed by the Washington Times News Service. The story reads...

"International radio operators picked up large numbers of coded Air Force communications being sent around the world on June 26 that indicated some type of significant military activity was about to take place."

A U.S. military official said the radio traffic was monitored from the Air Force Global High Frequency System (GHFS) that some observers regarded as "extraordinary" because of the unprecedented length of messages. The highly charged message was sent to Air Force commanders at Andrews Air Force Base; Wideawake Airfield on Ascension Island; Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska; Andersen Air Force Base, Guam; Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii; Lajes Field in the Azores; Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska; Salinas Air Base, Puerto Rico; Thule Air Base, Greenland; and Yokota Air Base, Japan. All are sites of GHFS ground stations.

The messages appeared to be emergency action messages, coded communications sent by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to U.S. Air Force strategic nuclear forces. The messages sent June 26 included 174 characters, much longer than normal 30-character messages, and amateur radio monitors say... "Man sakes alive, we have not seen the size of this message since the 1991 Persian Gulf War. Wooo doggie, I bet dem guys in E-ran were changing their undershorts after that close call!"

Upon his learning of the Americans planned nuclear attack on Iran, Putin ordered an ‘immediate’ flight change, also known as a CRAZY IVAN,(See Hunt for the Red October) to the United States. Previously, he had been in route to Guatemala for the 2014 Olympic Games announcement, of which Russia was announced the winner. There Putin was looking forward to hearing that fat beer swilling, burrito and nacho eating, sports caster, belt out his famous..."GOOOOOOALLLLL!!!" Those close to Putin say aside from watching reruns of Baywatch this is the only other thing which brings him joy.

The Washington Times states that Putin was ‘blunt’ with the American War Leader Bush in stating that any nuclear attack upon Iran would be an attack upon Russia itself.

These reports further state that the planned American nuclear strike upon Iran was to coincide with Israel’s long-planned invasion of Syria, and which their military forces are currently massed in what is described as the largest ‘war games’ on the Golan Heights since Israel’s capturing of this Syrian territory during the 1967 Six Day War.

An overwhelming concern facing the American War Leaders is the fast approaching implosion of the US economy due to the massive drain of the war budget, which is now approaching $1.4 trillion.

This deliberate destruction of the US dollar has destabilized the World’s banking system leading many experts to believe the American banking system will be the ‘first to go’ and could likely lead to a Global Depression.

Putin’s ‘warnings’ to Bush this past week resulted ONLY IN DELAYING the American planned attacks against Iran. The American War Leader ‘strongly suggested’ that if Putin was concerned about Russian casualties in Iran perhaps they shouldn't be their in the first place.

As the World continues its mad plunge towards the NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST one can only wonder what could possibly stop this insanity from happening.

Oh Mickey your so fine 100 million plus Ak's off the line

MOSCOW — Sixty years after the AK-47 went into production, Mikhail Kalashnikov says he does not stay awake at night worrying about the bloodshed wrought by the world's most popular assault rifle.
"I sleep well. It's the politicians who are to blame for failing to come to an agreement and resorting to violence," Kalashnikov said Friday at a ceremony marking the birth of the rifle, whose initials stand for "Avtomat Kalashnikov."
It was before he started designing the gun that he slept badly, worried about the superior weapons that Nazi soldiers were using with grisly effectiveness against the Red Army in World War II. He saw them at close range himself, while fighting on the front lines.
battle of Bryansk, Kalashnikov decided to design an automatic rifle combining the best features of the American M1 and the German StG44.
"Blame the Nazi Germans for making me become a gun designer," said Kalashnikov, frail but sharp at age 87. "I always wanted to construct agriculture machinery."
Since production began, more than 100 million AK-47s have been made — either at the home factory in the central Russian city of Izhevsk, under license in dozens of other countries, or illegally. Sergei Chemezov, director of the Russian arms export monopoly Rosoboronexport, said nearly a million a year are produced without license.

Sergei Chemezov, director of the Russian arms export monopoly Rosoboronexport, said nearly a million a year are produced without license.

The AK-47 has been a mainstay in wars, coups, terrorist attacks, robberies and other mayhem. Its popularity comes from being rugged and easy to maintain, though its accuracy is not high.
It proved ideal and extremely reliable for warfare in jungle or desert — easily assembled and able to keep firing in sandy or wet conditions that would jam a U.S-made M-16.
"During the Vietnam war, American soldiers would throw away their M-16s to grab AK-47s and bullets for it from dead Vietnamese soldiers," he said. "I hear American soldiers in Iraq use it quite often."
The simplicity and reliability of the AK-47 made it a favorite of rebel movements worldwide — it even features on the Mozambique flag. Keen to support anti-colonial movements in Asia and Africa, the Soviets proliferated the rifle, sometimes for free, to pro-Soviet regimes or insurgents.
In 2005, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who styles himself as a leader of the fighting against imperialism, ordered 100,000 for his army.
"The Kalashnikov rifle is a symbol of the creative genius of our people," President Vladimir Putin said in a statement read to Kalashnikov at the ceremony in the Central Russian Army Museum.
"It's a huge and splendid celebration," said Nikolai Shvets of Rosoboronexport. "For another 20 years, the AK-47 will remain unsurpassed by any other automatic rifle in the world."
Kalashnikov is still active and prolific — he tours the world as a Rosoboronexport consultant helping strike new arms deals, and has written several books on his life, about arms and about youth education.
"After the collapse of the great and mighty Soviet Union so much crap has been imposed on us, especially on the younger generation," he said. "I wrote six books to help them find their way in life."
He said he is proud of his bronze bust installed in his native village of Kurya in the Siberian region of Altai. He said newlyweds bring flowers to the bust.
"They whisper 'Uncle Misha, wish us happiness and healthy kids,'" he said. "What other gun designer can boast of that?"

Americans caught totaly by surprise?

A satellite image of China's new nuclear ballistic missile submarine is available on the Google Earth Internet site. Hey, does anyone think that this is an accident?

Hans M. Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists (FAS), spotted the images, photographed by the commercial Quickbird satellite in late 2006. One photo is of what is apparently the new Type 094 China-Jin-class SSBN at the Xiaopingdao base near Dalian, FAS reported.

Hmm...what's that theory on roaches...For every one you DO see, there are a thousand you don't see....

The Jin-class is about 35 feet longer than the Xia-class SSBN, "primarily due to an extended mid-section of approximately 115 feet (35 meters) that houses the missile launch tubes and part of the reactor compartment," according to the report. The extended section is to make room for the larger Julang-2 ballistic missile and may also be due to the size of the reactor.

In late 2006, the U.S. Office of Naval Intelligence projected China could build five Jin-class SSBNs.

Now, wait for it.....here it comes......the punchline is....

The estimate was NOT cited by the US Pentagon's May 2007 annual report on China military power. As the Americans did not want to upset their future CHINESE OVERLORDS!

How does that song go? "Me Chinese, me make joke, me shove a BALLISTIC MISSILE down your throat yankee dog...

HAARP will miserably fail the US Def. Dept.

BAE Systems has completed work on the world's largest and most destructive, life threatening, world ending, Ionospheric research facility," the company stated in a brief press release. "As the prime contractor for the U.S. Defense Department's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) research station, BAE Systems designed and built the facility, operating software, and controls. BAE states that HAARP "will be used to study interactions between high-power radio signals and the earth's ionosphere."

US DOD Hawks say that HAARP is a very important component in next generation ELF communication. Which means if Russia or China was to use NUKES to knock out US satellite communication HAARP will take up the slack and kick in as a secondary ELF com for US Submarines.

Also, HAARP is capable of detection and Imaging of very deep fortified Underground Structures. the physics of the generation and propagation of HAARP ELF/VLF waves and their interactions with earth materials will allow these waves to be used for applications such as sub-surface communications and exploration of the subsurface geological structure. The research called for under this effort is to assess the viability of exploiting the concept of electromagnetic induction to detect and image subterranean features such as tunnels, bunkers, and other potential military targets.

The US military is interested in the possibility of temporarily building up microwaves in the ionosphere to fry the electronics of ICBMs. The US is also very pleased with HAARP's ability to detect, previously undetectable, ground hugging cruise missiles, as well as very low flying aircraft. This gives a big boost for the US DOD in developing a missile defense shield further pushing the Russian and Chinese on the defensive.

Those inside Washington who have seen the background files on HAARP say HAARP is really a secret Doomsday weapon which can boil the ionosphere. Which, incidentally would cause the extinction of all life on earth as we know it.

USA says bye bye to Under Water saftey net....

Navy Bids Farewell to Minneapolis-St. Paul:
After more than 23 years of service, the Los Angeles-class nuclear-powered fast-attack submarine USS Minneapolis-St. Paul (SSN 708) inactivated in a ceremony June 22 at Pier 3 at Naval Station Norfolk.

Concerns remain that our shrinking fleet is going to leave us with our pants down in the very near future, and that our anti-sub warfare capabilities (or, rather, our lack thereof) could leave very serious gaps waiting to be exploited. Two world wars showed that submarine fleets were able to have a drastic effect on the wider military and economic efforts of the combatants.
While no one is going to challenge our supremacy in the realm of carrier-centered naval power, even just the threat of submarines could potentially keep those carriers from operating when and where we need them to. We've seen anti-mine capabilities whither over time. Are ASW capabilities going to suffer the same fate?

The attack sub fleet is part of the ASW effort, and when you couple the shrinking hunter fleet with the retirement of the S-3 Vikings, the delays in the P-3 Orion's follow-on (the P-8A Poseidon MMA), and questions about the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program, I suspect that we've got reason to be concerned about our ability to combat enemy submarines that could threaten our surface forces and logistics fleet, let alone commercial ships.

The USS Hawaii (SSN 776) was just commissioned last month, so it's not like the fleet just shrank the other day. USS North Carolina (SSN 777) will join the fleet next year. But the long-term plan is to reduce the number of attack boats in the fleet by a significant number. Not every boat retired in the coming years will be replaced by a new one. We currently have 53 operational attack subs in the fleet.

A 2005 study by the Navy itself said that 48 is the "minimum number of attack submarines needed to maintain an acceptable level of risk at an acceptable cost." But the current plan to acquire Virginia-class subs like the Hawaii and North Carolina will put us under the 48-boat level for sixteen of the twenty-seven years between 2007 and 2034, bottoming out at 40 boats in 2028 and 2029.

100,000 Kalashnikov rifles for Whom Exactly?

Chavez to head to Russia, Belarus, Iran, then China in latest bid to oppose USA.
Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez travels this week to Iran, Russia andBelarus, then China -- all countries which have found themselves at loggerheads recently with the United States. Chavez departs Tuesday for his week-long tour, from June 26 to July3, defiantly insisting that he will purchase Russian submarines and possibly an air defense system from Belarus, despite vocal objections from Washington. Chavez, who views himself as Bush's arch-enemy, will be cultivating relations with each of the regimes, in an apparent bid to drive aneven deeper wedge with between the United States and its adversaries.
"The war of resistance is the weapon with which we are defeating andwill defeat the threat of US imperial war," Chavez said Sunday presiding over a military parade, dressed in full military uniform. "We've launched into a new type of global war with the US on one side and the rest of the world on the other side. “Each of the countries on Chavez's itinerary has locked horns withWashington in recent weeks over conflicts that have yet to beresolved. Chavez has said he hopes to put the "finishing touches" on an agreement to purchase from Belarus an integrated air defense systemwith a 200-300-kilometer range (125-200 miles).
Earlier this month, US President George W. Bush renewed sanctions against hard-line Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and nine others deemed obstacles to democracy in Belarus. Bush accused the regime of human rights abuses, undermining democracy, illegally detaining and secretly holding dissidents andengaging in public corruption. Relations between Russia, China, and the United States, meanwhile, are at a dangerous post-Cold War low due to political, energy, andsecurity differences. Flush with petrodollars, Chavez said last week he might purchase someRussian submarines when he meets with Putin -- a deal observers saidcould chill the planned Putin-Bush summit.
Media reports in Moscow this month said Chavez wanted to buy as manyas nine submarines to protect shipping lanes for key oil exports. In 2006 Venezuela signed more than three billion dollars in contractswith Russia to buy 53 Mi-24 armored helicopter gunships, Sukhoi 30fighter planes and 100,000 Kalashnikov rifles. Meanwhile Washington's already frosty relations with Tehran also hita new low, as the international community campaigned to pressure Iran to dismantle its controversial nuclear program. The United States, which broke diplomatic ties with Iran in 1979,also is demanding the safe return of four Iranian-American citizens whom Tehran has charged with spying.
It is not yet known what Chavez plans to do in Iran, which is acharter member of Bush's "axis of evil" troika of alleged globaltrouble-makers that included North Korea and Iraq under the late Saddam Hussein. Tehran in recent weeks has implemented a crackdown on its nationals deemed too close to the West. In an address to some 15,000 young members of his new party now beingset up, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Chavez last weeksaid some had the idea his trip to Russia and then China wouldcomplicate US-Russian Chinese relations.
"In the United States, they say my trip to Moscow and Beijing is a concern," Chavez said Saturday, accusing Washington of meddling where it doesn't belong. "These relations are highly strategic, and are tied up with our security, defense, and overall development," he said.
During Sunday's military parade, Chavez brandished a Russian-designedAK-47 assault rifle proclaiming: "If it weren't for Russia and China we'd be almost weaponless today. "We must recognize the Russian and Chinese governments bravery for not caving in to the pressures of the dying US empire that intended to disarm us all."
