As a result of this pandemic level 6 declaration, the USA, Europe and other countries WILL have to declare Martial law.

Refusing a WHO-mandated vaccination has been criminalized under provisions related to public health emergencies. Police can use deadly force against "criminal suspects," that means, they can take you to prison or FEMA detention center.

There is, however, scientific evidence that the WHO mandated vaccine will be toxic and potentially deadly.

WHO developed a method to use vaccines to kill people in three steps which were described in memos dated from 1972 in a three-pronged approach, to weaken the immune system, inject a huge dose of virus into the body, which the weakened immune system cannot fight and inject a (1#adjuvant) that will create an inflammatory reaction and a (2#cytokine storm) and so kill in three steps as outlined in the 1972 WHO memos.

Also, the vaccines will have the (3#adjuvant squalene) known to cause the Gulf War Syndrome. The vaccine will be rushed through without adequate safety trials.

(3#There isn’t a single vaccine containing squalene that is approved for use in America, according to Meryl Nass, M.D., who notes that Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline will make use of it as a “novel feature of the H1N1 vaccines.”

Squalene is a naturally occurring oil, found in the human brain, joints, and other places.

The problem, according to some experts, comes when it is administered in a vaccine. They claim that in this circumstance, the body creates antibodies to attack the oil. And it is believed by many to be responsible for the wide variety of symptoms that were called collectively "Gulf War Syndrome," a sometimes debilitating set of phenomena present in a large number of U.S. military personnel who served during the first war in Iraq.

“The substantial majority (95%) of overtly ill deployed GWS patients had antibodies to squalene. All (100%) GWS patients immunized for service in Desert Shield/Desert Storm who did not deploy, but had the same signs and symptoms as those who did deploy, had antibodies to squalene,” noted a Tulane Medical School study published in Experimental Molecular Pathology.)

The court can be asked to reaffirm and safeguard certain fundamental human rights of people not to be injected by force with toxic substances with the help of legal arguments pointing out such a vaccination campaign is unconstitutional (at least in the USA) and illegal.

Each country and state has its own laws and procedures and so each injunction has to be adapted to that particular state.

The first such state injunction is set to be initiated in Washington State.

In February 2009, Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary in Orth an der Donau manufactured and distributed 72 kilos of
 
vaccine material, contaminated with a H1N1 virus,

to 16 laboratories in four countries, including Austria, so nearly triggering a  pandemic, according to The Times of India.

The contaminated vaccine material consisted of a mixture of a seasonal H3N2 human influenza virus and the deadly H5N1 virus. 

By adding a virus of the type H5N1 to an ordinary flu virus of the type H3N2, Baxter produced a highly dangerous bioweapon. WHO supplied Baxter with the live bird flu virus. A staff member of a subcontracted laboratory in the Czech Republic discovered this lethal contamination, when all animals they tested died from this vaccine.

Since Baxter is obliged to use BSL 3 (Biosafety Level 3) precautions in its laboratories when handling the H1N1 virus (classified as a biological agent, BSL3 or 4 under EU regulations), such safeguards are in place as would make accidental contamination of ordinary influenza material with the dangerous H1N1 virus impossible.
