Amnesty Immigration Legislation will end Democracy in America

I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat. I am an American whose first loyalty lies with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  My responsibility as an American is not to a political party but to the well being of this once great nation.  Those Democrat  currently in power are not in any way interested in helping Latino  Americans become integrated into American society. What the Democrats want is another uneducated, financially impoverished underclass whom they can prey upon and manipulate come election time.

The Democrats want to subvert the democratic process by rushing through congress "Amnesty Immigration Legislation" that will create a new underclass of poor and uneducated Social Welfare recipients. All 11-15 million of whom will be beholden to the Democratic party for all the free government entitlement programs.  This new class of welfare 'kings and queens' will vote democratic for the next 3-4 generations or further.  This will effectively lock out the Republican party from any and all say in the political process.  When I use the term Republican I am actually saying...

When all they have amassed in this world has turned to rust and rot and an epoch of generations has passed and history has forgotten their names they will be left with one reoccurring  thought.   All the money ever printed, minted, earned or stolen, stacked from here to the moon,  will not be enough to buy them one single drop of water in HELL.

Let us NEVER Forget the 100 days of Rwandan Genocide

The Rwandan Genocide occurred in 1994 and was the mass slaughter of the minority Tutsis by the majority Hutus in Rwanda. The Slaughter of innocents was very efficient, with nearly 20% (1,000,000 people) of Rwanda's entire population being slaughtered in a little over a hundred days. Due to their low cost, the primary weapon used was a machete.








Hutus who did not agree with the genocide were also killed, with the motto being "slaughter or you yourself will be slaughtered." The genocide came about from and ideology called "Hutu Power," which believed that the only way to bring peace in Rwanda was to exterminate the entire Tutsi race, believing them to be inferior.



In the Rwandan Genocide, rape was systematically used as a weapon against Tutsi women. In most cases, the Hutus would hire a group of men to enter a town and rape all the women a few days before the military showed up to ensure that every women had been violated/humiliated before they were killed. In his 1996 report on Rwanda, the UN Special Rapporteur Rene Degni-Segui stated, "Rape was the rule and its absence the exception." It is estimated that nearly 15,000 pregnancies resulted solely from the genocide, but only 2,000 babies were born. The rest of the pregnant women were either killed, committed suicide, or had abortions before they gave birth. A 2000 report prepared by the Organization of African Unity's International Panel of Eminent Personalities concluded that "we can be certain that almost all females who survived the genocide were direct victims of rape or other sexual violence."

    
In some cases, however, Hutus did not kill the Tutsis directly. Instead, they had men among them who were infected with HIV/AIDS rape women in order to give them a "slow, painful death rather than a quick one." It was creative; it was the first time AIDS had been used as a weapon.



It one particularly horrifying case, a group of over 100 Tutsis were hiding in a church with their pastor. His flock (not knowing he was a Hutu) asked him to deliver a letter they had written to the mayor pleading for a solution to their almost inevitable death. He agreed and encouraged them to stay in the church while he went for help. A few days later he arrived with the mayor and a group of militia. He shouted to his flock, "the issue is that your problem already has a very simple solution. You must die."

 

All it takes for GENOCIDE to happen is that good men do nothing.

Michael Hastings Murdered for telling the Truth

 

Murdered 

 Juts hours before his MURDER Michael Hastings sent emails to friends and colleagues urging them to get legal counsel if they were approached by federal authorities.

“Hey [redacted] the Feds are interviewing my 'close friends and associates,'" read the message dated June 17 at 12:56 p.m. from Hastings to editors at the website BuzzFeed, where he worked.

"Perhaps if the authorities arrive 'BuzzFeed GQ', er HQ, may be wise to immediately request legal counsel before any conversations or interviews about our news-gathering practices or related journalism issues.”
 Now, this is the part where you sit up and pay attention...

Hastings added that he was onto a BIG STORY and that he would, “need to go off the radar..."

15 hours later, in the early morning of June 18, Hastings Mercedes C250 was captured on both street surveillance cameras, a police dashboard camera HURTLING  at extremely high speed. Notice what I said there... his car was going so fast that 2 eye witnesses who saw the Mercedes C250 stated that it had to be traveling in excess of 120 miles per hour.  

Why would a man known for his calm demeanor and cautious attitude get into his brand new 2013 Mercedes C250 at 4:30am and accelerate the car through a 4 way intersection at 100mph. Then, recklessly plow through a red light, which was caught on a police dash cam, all the while accelerating faster and faster till Michale Hastings had his brand new 2013 Mercedes C250 flying in excess of 120mph.  An eyewitness said right before the crash the car was hurtling so fast that it began to bounce off the pavement do to the inconsistency in the level of the road.  Then, without EVER applying the brakes (The Police found NO skid marks on the roadway)  Michael Hastings kept his foot firmly planted on the accelerator till he finally slammed into a tree.  

Does this make ANY sense to you?  Would any SANE man do something so ridiculously stupid that the end result could ONLY be death?  This is the same Michael Hastings that was an accomplished war correspondent and talented political reporter with an eye for truth and fairness.  Hastings was best known for writing a critical Rolling Stone profile of General Stanley McChrystal that led to his resignation.


Then of course we have the  2013 Mercedes C250 do something which modern cars just do not do.  It burst into flames upon impact. A 2013 C250 Mercedes is not just going to explode into flames without a little assistance. Car fires in new cars happen for three main reasons - running the engine out of oil, or running the engine out of coolant, or after an absolutely huge car mangling accident, having the hot side of the battery short out against the frame before it reaches the fuse panel. And for all 3 of those normal reasons, which account for virtually all car fires in modern cars, the fire would have started in the engine compartment, progressed slowly, and scorched the hell out of the paint before ever reaching the gas tank.

The car in this picture, a once brand new 2013 C250 Mercedes would not burn this hot, nor this fast without some help.  The physics of a gasoline fire does not match what the eyewitness stated at the scene, that the car exploded on impact   


In the above picture Here we have a car FULLY, and I mean FULLY in flames, from front to back, with NO SCORCHED PAINT because the flame is too new, which means the flame went from the back of the car to the front of the car instantaneously, at the same time it breached the floor and engulfed the passenger compartment before it had a chance to scorch anything, which means ONE THING - A BOMB ON THE GAS TANK.  Even rapid car fires take time to progress through the car, and totally scorch the paint as they progress. Only a bomb could have blown gas through the floor to the inside of the passenger compartment and under the car all the way to the front of the engine compartment and lit the whole thing up at once. That's the only explanation for the shiny paint while it sits completely engulfed in flames. That flame did not progress through that car, it was blown through it with force.

The people who did this are sitting back congratulating each other on another flawless murder which they almost got away with.  The reason why EVERYONE knows that this was a murder is because 'THEY' overplayed their hand. The wrote a script that only an idiot would believe and they forgot that there are intelligent, critical thinking, Freedom loving, journalist who are going to analyze every aspect of their slap-shod work. 

They will NEVER be prosecuted for Michael Hastings murder in this world.  However, their time here on this very small, insignificant, blue planet on the outer edge of an average solar system is winding down.  In 40 or 50 years ( if they are very lucky) when they drop dead and they have to stand before Almighty GOD and give account of their deeds here on earth they will not be so smug, nor will they be able to hide the innocent blood on their hands. I wonder as they fall into the burning pits of hell, before their eyes are burned out of their skulls will the last thing they ever see is Michael Hastings with a righteous smile from ear to ear.

Too those who think they are above the law you are wrong and the people who tell you otherwise are lying to you. For, when Judgement comes, 'THEY' will not be there to blame or to defend you.  It is YOU and YOU alone who will stand before an Eternal GOD for what you did to Michale Hastings and others like him.
There is still time to repent.  You don't have to continue murdering people. Ask JESUS CHRIST to make a way out for you and HE will.

The Death of Democracy in Africa

The following is an EYE-WITNESS account of the willful destruction of Libya and the brutal slaughter of its citizens.  Jo Anne and Jimmy Moriarty were working in Libya at the time of the invasion and provide the following account...

We were doing business in Libya since 2007 January. We make a unique enzyme that rejuvenates oil wells and cleans up sludge pits, cleans out pipelines and tanks and does a lot of neat things to oil.  We had booked a huge amount of business in Libya from 2007 to 2011: $5 billion dollars worth of our product to be more exact.   We had signed a JV with the Social Security Investment Fund of Janzour near Tripoli, Libya.  We were  beginning to build a production facility to fulfill these contracts for our enzyme when the so called Libyan revolution began in February of 2011.

The Libyan people were not in any way extremists Muslims.  Ghadafi banned the Ayatolla Komeni's statements  talking about killing infidels. For this there was a fatwa or death order put on Ghadafi for over 20 years by the radical extremists Muslims.  All religions with a book were allowed in Libya.

Women were emancipated in the 1970's by Ghadafi.  No special clothing were required and all women were highly educated if they choose to be.  They were doctors, lawyers, ministers, business owners, or just housewives, whatever they decided.  Libya used only about ½ of all the oil revenue that it took in and they shared this revenue with their 5.5 million population.  All medical care was free. If you could not get the care you needed in Libya then you could travel wherever you needed with a family member and all costs and expenses were fully paid. 

Education was free and if you wanted to go abroad to another University that was paid in full with a stipend.  When a Libyan couple got married they received a $46,000 gift from the government to start their lives.  Their first home, a 2500 sq foot condominium cost 10% of their salary for 20 years and then it was theirs.  Gasoline was 44 cents a gallon; all utilities were free.  If you were hungry and had no money, they had huge stores of food where you could get rice, milk, cheese, flour and money to buy meat.  The average salary in Libya was the highest in Africa, higher than China or India at $15,800 a year. If you had a college education and could not find a job, you received that money until you found a job.

The Libyan people were happy; there was no tax, only businesses had some tax but it was minimal. The government shared the wealth of Libya with its people, there was no taxing of the people to support the state.  There was no reason for a revolution, there were some disgruntled radical Islamists who had tried to enforce Sharia law and radical Islam upon Libya to no avail because they only made up about 3 to 5%.  These are the people NATO and the US joined hands with to take over Libya.

GHADAFI'S "CRIMES"

In May 2011, we traveled to Tripoli on an NGO Fact Finding Commission.    We spent a lot of time with the Tribes of Libya learning about the truths of Libya and their government.  We also were witness to huge war crimes committed by NATO upon the innocent people of Libya. Because there was no popular support for this so called revolution in Libya, it was necessary for NATO, the US, UK, France, UN, Qatar and Israel to funnel in thousand of Al Qaeda mercenaries into Libya. We are witnesses to the hoards of terrorists, that were armed, funded and trained by the aforementioned group. We have a copy of an agreement between the would be rebels and the Moussad. The agreement states that Israel will provide arms and training to the rebels until they take over the country and in return for that Israel will get to put a military base in the green mountain area of Libya.

The war against Libya had been planned for a long time.  Dennis Kucinich has documents that showed that there were war games in the Mediterranean with the French, UK and US against a mythical North Africa oil rich dictator nation.  This was supposed to start on the 21st of February.  The war actually started on the 17th of February.

The main reason for the destruction of Libya was the gold backed currency for the continent of Africa called the Dinar.  Ghadafi had planned the African Bank and was leading Africa to freedom from the paper bankers, the imperialists that controlled the poor countries and their assets.  This gold-backed currency would have destroyed the paper bankers whose money is backed by nothing.  Those paper bankers, the FED and the EURO owned by the Rothschild group would have been destroyed.  For this reason Ghadafi had to not only fall from power but he had to die.  If he had gone into exile, his mouth would still work. 

The second reason for the Libyan war was AFRICOM, the US military control of Africa.  Libya was the strongest country in Africa and refused to ever let the US take military control over them.

The third reason was the lawsuit that had been filed by Ghadafi (Libya) against all the Western European nations for all the broken treaties and all the atrocities committed in Africa over hundreds of years by the Western Europeans and the loss of revenue caused by the embargo against Libya for 30+ years.  It should be noted that Libya was not guilty of the Lockerbie bombing as proven by a CIA whistleblower   This law suit was for $7 + trillion dollars and it had legs.  Western Europe could ill afford this kind of debt so they happily joined in the destruction of the sovereign nation of Libya .

WHAT WE SAW

On the 21st of August, NATO decided that they had waited long enough for the Libyan people to get behind their coup d'état so they forcibly took Tripoli.  We were a big hotel near the seaport and we saw NATO bring in their Apache helicopters and mow down the innocent people in the streets. In the first hour of NATO's takeover of Tripoli, 1300 people were killed in the streets and 5000 wounded.  NATO also ran bombing raids, used big guns mounted on small pickup trucks.  The bombing and killing went on all night and for the next three nights. 

Next shiploads of Al Qaeda rebels flowed into the Tripoli port from Benghazi and unloaded on the roads around Tripoli.  All of the people were bearded and carried AK-47's.  As they rode around Tripoli in their caravans, they began to set up check points every 500 yards or so.  They looted every store and every home they could get into; they broke into every vehicle and stole everything that they wanted.  They took over hotels and set up torture centers....
 We could not find the ship. After some hours of up and down the coast it was now dark. Guns were being fired everywhere, Al Qaeda bearded types roamed the streets.  We did not know it but the rebels had fired on the ship and it was 3 miles out in the Mediterranean.  Our last trip to the pier was our downfall. 

We were suddenly surrounded by a group of small pickup trucks and out climbed a bunch of Al Qaeda with their guns pointed at us and they said "your game is up". They took us at gunpoint to their torture center which had been the Radisson Hotel.  They took all of our belongings and our passports.  They interrogated us and filmed it using a British film crew.  We could hear the men being tortured but we could do nothing.

 Finally after many hours and it was now daylight, they said we were going to be allowed to go. Right before that a big fat Sheik with a long beard came in and look down his nose and said something in Arabic at us.  The driver to our van had been changed to a man we knew from the hotel and we said we wanted to go to the rescue ship now, he said this van is going back to the hotel, we argued with him but he pulled us aside and said "What you did not understand that Sheik say was: "When they go to the rescue ship, kill them, chop them up and burn the bodies and blame in on Ghadafi".  We decided to go back to the hotel.  We had to pay all of our last money to the mercenaries so that they would let us go. They were paid $2500 for each person they killed and $1000 to burn the bodies.  That took all of our money.  We knew that we were on their list and we knew why, a US attorney, double spy working for Hesbollah had put all of our names on a list and sent it to them.

AFTERMATH

After we arrived back in Texas, Jimmy was taken by the FBI at the Houston Airport passport check center. I was allowed to pass through and I was the one with the 200 GB of proof, interviews, videos, photos, testimonies, etc. He was interrogated for 3 hours; we were to learn at a later time that we were targeted by our government at that time. Our crime was that we were witnesses to the war crimes and genocides that were committed in Libya by the NATO gang.  As targeted Individuals all attempts to obtain gainful employment or restart our business that was blown up in Libya has been thwarted.

After NATO handed Libya over to Al Qaeda, many Libyans were imprisoned, tortured and killed.  Many of them left so that they could survive.  There are now 2 million in exile.  We are very close to the Tribes of Libya; we speak with the tribal leaders in exile now almost every day.  They have appointed us as their official spokespersons.  We have been attempting to make it known to our Congress that they were completely wrong footed in Libya and that we basically had handed Libya, a peaceful Muslim country, over to Al Qaeda. No one was interested.

I wrote in an early article that Libya was a smash and grab robbery by the Western Democracies. Nelson Mandela is no Hero

In 1961 Nelson Mandela created the violent murderous  Umkhonto we Sizwe (Spear of the Nation) to appose the South African apartheid government.  After which, during the 1960's and 70's, barely a week went by without terrorism -- dynamite at a fuel depot, a car bomb outside Air Force headquarters in in a city center. The ANC's guerrilla force -- known simply as MK, or more formally as Umkhonto we Sizwe  translated "Spear of the Nation" At first only the targets were infrastructure but two decades later MK was killing civilians without compunction -- grenades would be bowled into a hamburger joint, or trip wired limper mine planted in an arcade -- and Mandela supported it all!.

"Notable among these attacks were the January 8, 1982 attack on the Koeberg nuclear power plant near Cape Town, the Church Street bombing on May 20, 1983, killing 19, and the June 14 1986 car-bombing of Magoo's Bar in Durban, in which 3 people were killed and 73 injured." (Wikipedia)

Amnesty International never accepted Nelson Mandela as a political prisoner.  Amnesty International refused to take on Nelson Mandela’s case because they asserted that he was no political prisoner but had committed numerous violent and deadly crimes and had had a fair trial and a reasonable sentence.

Nelson Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe, (MK), the terrorist wing of the ANC and South African Communist Party. He had pleaded guilty to 156 acts of public violence including mobilizing terrorist bombing campaigns, which planted bombs in public places, including the Johannesburg railway station. Many innocent people, including women and children, were killed by Nelson Mandela’s MK terrorists.

South African President P.W. Botha had, on a number of occasions, offered Nelson Mandela freedom from prison, if he would only renounce terrorist violence. This Mandela refused to do. 

Nelson Mandela hands ran red with the blood of innocent people who had no part in the Apartheid government. Time and again the South African Apartheid government sought to free Nelson Mandela but he refused to renounce murder as his capital means of political change.  

I ask you when is killing innocent women and children EVER legitimate political discourse. 

Nelson Mandela is not only a murder but he is alos a liar.  For all his political discourse black South Africans are far worse off today then when they were under Apartheid rule. The plight of Blacks in South Africa is much worse under the "peoples' ANC government." The number of people living on $1 a day doubled from two to four million. The unemployment rate doubled to 48% from 1991-2002. In 2006, only 5,000 of the more than 35 million black South Africans earned more than $60,000. A quarter of the entire population lived in shacks without running water or electricity. A quarter have no access to clean water. 40% have no telephone.

The HIV/AIDS/TB infection rate is 20%. Life expectancy dropped by 13 years.  40% of schools have no electricity.

Make no mistake Nelson Mandela is nothing more then a lying, thieving, murderous politician who would kill as many people as it took to seize and hold onto power in South Africa.  No matter how much the Main Stream Media at his passing will try and scrub his image, it will always be stained with the innocent blood of his own people who he betrayed once he sized power.

The Slow Painful Death of Citizen's Trust

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 was originally created for the protection of American citizens from the use of military troops by the Federal government  to enforce and execute the laws of the land unless expressly authorized by the Constitution or  Congress.

The US Constitution has stood fast in it's protection of all Americans for over a century.  The enforcement of civil and State laws has fallen upon local and federal law enforcement.  However, with the FAKE, PHONY, MADE UP, War on Terror taking center stage in the United States Rouge elements within the Federal government have been working secretly to expand the reach of both the Federal government and the US military.

After 9/11 the Globalists within the Federal government have passed the Patriot Act, which gave the Federal government broad sweeping new powers to categorize any individual as a terrorist.   Whether, they are operating on foreign lands or here at home. In 2011, as America brought in the New Year, they signed into law the (NDAA)National Defense Authorization Act, which made it possible for American citizens who were categorized as domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act to be detained and imprisoned indefinitely without charge or trial.
 
Now, just as George Orwell predicted...

the Department of Defense has published an update to a US code that outlines military power during civil unrest.
The code, ““Defense Support of Civilian Law Enforcement Agencies,” was slightly altered during a May 13th update which now allows the military to unilaterally declare martial law without presidential approval.
Multiple sections of the code outline plans and policies for a martial law scenario and should be considered a must read for any American worried about their freedoms in what has become a hostile American police state.
 The  goes on to state empirically...

Domestic emergencies. Emergencies affecting the public welfare and occurring within the 50 states, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U.S. possessions and territories, or any political subdivision thereof, as a result of enemy attack, insurrection, civil disturbance, earthquake, fire, flood, or other public disasters or equivalent emergencies that endanger life and property or disrupt the usual process of government. Domestic emergencies include civil defense emergencies, civil disturbances, major disasters, and natural disasters.

Emergency authority. A Federal military commander’s authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances

(1) Such activities are necessary to prevent significant loss of life or wanton destruction of property and are necessary to restore governmental function and public order; or
(2) Duly constituted Federal, State, or local authorities are unable or decline to provide adequate protection for Federal property or Federal governmental functions.

What should be troubling to all AMERICAN'S is the possible mindset which leaves the phrase... “emergency authority,” so broad and open to interpretation that it essentially gives the US Military the power to declare martial law whenever they choose.

So, for any reason 'THEY' the US Military deems necessary to circumvent the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and every FREEDOM fought and died for over the last 200 years, it all goes out the window and BRUTE Force becomes the watch word of the day.  After all the US Military was designed and built for one reason to kill and destroy anything in it's path.  The US Military is a 2 handed broadsword made for crushing and severing the enemy's skull from his shoulders. 

When did the American public become the enemy of the US Military?   Why must the American public be savagely brutalized by the very military it funds through it's taxes and populates by surrendering it's sons and daughters to serve in said military.

The Sandy Hook LIE 1. Where is the Surveillance camera footage? The school installed security cameras at the front door, which should have shown the gunman entering the school- These have never been shown to the public, and have never been addressed by "law enforcement" once. This is similar to the 9/11, Tucson, and Aurora events. 2. Why is it no evidence at all has been shown to the public- not one bloody footprint exiting the school, not one picture from inside the school, not one picture from inside the Lanza's home? In a mass-shooting, there should be some blood, some bodies being taken away from the area, but no pictures show any bodies being taken out of the school. The staging area- tarps show no bodies. Only 3 people were allegedly taken to Danbury Hospital, and none of them have been identified. There is in actually, not ONE person from the crime scene that can say they had an ID on Adam Lanza, because the alleged gunman was wearing a mask. 3. Why was the media so confused about Adam Lanza's mother being a teacher at the school- complete with testimony from a school, nurse saying she knew both Adam and his mother, Nancy and Nancy was "A great teacher" when in fact Nancy had no connection to the school whatsoever, nor did Adam? How could such a huge mistake be made? 4. The "Medical Examiner" Wayne Carver appears to be laughing, knows few details about what actually happened: ex: "How many were boys and how many were girls?" Answer: "I have no idea". 5. Nobody has seen "Adam Lanza" for at least 3 years. "Adam Lanza" has no online fingerprint- no internet posting, no facebook, no twitter, no contact with friends, absolutely nothing. Nobody in town has seen him, his picture does not appear in the yearbook photos and his alleged computer was smashed to pieces so small the FBI couldn't find information on it. This "disappearance" of Adam Lanza coincides with the "appearance" of Ryan Lanza- Ryan has no history before Adam appeared, "Adam had Ryan's ID on him" etc. In genealogical records- it shows only Adam Lanza as having been born to Peter and Nancy, no record of Any Ryan. It appears that Ryan is in fact Adam Lanza- having changed his name, his social acquaintances after going to college. The Photoshopped images of "Adam" are obviously taken from Ryan. Very few people ever report seeing the two brothers together- in fact, only 1. 6. Peter and Ryan Lanza have not spoken on camera since this event has happened. Peter is one of the only people who has claimed to see Adam Lanza's body, but we don't even know if Peter is alive at this point- there are just a few old pictures of him, and no follow ups whatsoever. Ryan has also not spoken since this event. 8. ID badges were seen on many of the participants in this event- plain clothes people who appear to be participating in a mock-terror drill- other videos go into more detail on this, such as this one, beverages were provided, signs saying "everyone must check int" were seen, and people were wearing ID tags: [link to www.youtube.com] 9. Many of the most "influential" and "high profile" parents from Newtown are Musicians and Actors, most of the "aspiring" the exact kind of people who crave the limelight and might be willing to do anything for fame and a payoff. 11. Many of the main families involved in this event recently moved to Sandy Hook in the last few years. 12. Where is the "hero janitor" Rick Thorne who supposedly ran at Adam Lanza and told him to put his gun down? Rick Thorne hasn't been interviewed one time- strange for the biggest hero of this event.. A man who was lucky enough to run right into a crazed gunman's face, tell him to put his gun down and survive is about as far-out as any story could be. 13. Why are many of the "family members" involved in this event seen laughing and making jokes right after their "loved ones are brutally murdered"? It is ridiculous to think that entire families would be smiling and laughing- not shedding any tears over their lost loved ones so soon after they were killed. 14. Why was Robbie Parker asking for donations on the day of this alleged shooting? Doesn't a family member usually grieve for their loved one right after an event like this, not rush to put together donation pages to get as much money as possible? How much money will the "Sandy Hook Families" be receiving in "compensation"- and how much money will others be making after being hired to work for people such as Michael Bloomberg, like Stephen Barton did after Aurora?

 According to the report from the department's Bureau of Statistics, every argument the media and the left are currently making to push for new restrictions on our Second Amendment civil rights, are made up of anti-science nonsense. This report not only proves the media wrong, it proves the NRA right.
Between the years of 1993 and 2011, as the assault weapons ban expired, more Americans purchased guns, the Supreme Court overturned outright gun bans, and individual states not only loosed gun control restrictions but also issued concealed carry permits to private citizens, incidents of gun violence in America collapsed.
Between 1993 and 2011, nonfatal gun crimes plummeted 69%; from 1.5 million to 467,300. Gun-related murders dropped 40%; from 18,253 to 11,101. Gun-related murders for black Americans plummeted by 51%.
The report also shows that the media-created hysteria over school shootings is wildly misleading. Between '93 and '11, the murder rate in schools dropped by almost a third; from 29 to 20.
Background checks have also been exposed as another bogus narrative the media's crafted out of thin air. This report proves beyond any doubt that closing the so-called gun show loophole will accomplish next to nothing.  Less than one-percent of state prisoners caught with a gun purchased it at a gun show.  Moreover, who knows how many of those criminals might have passed or did pass a background check.
So-called assault weapons are also not a problem, Only "2% of state inmates and 3% of federal inmates were armed with a military-style semiautomatic or fully automatic firearm."
What this study clearly shows is that Obama, Democrats, and the media don't give a damn about stopping gun violence. If they did, they would be focused on everything but the one and two-percent problems.
What we have here is a yet-another culture war; nothing more nothing less -- and one aimed at the type of law-abiding citizens who attend gun shows and enjoy these so-called assault weapons. In other words, Red State conservatives.

What is especially crucial to keep in mind is that 2011 is not some kind of outlier. If you study the original report, you will see that these decreases are all part of an 18-year trend, not an outlier year or two.
This report is extremely good news is you are the kind of person who gives a damn about human life.
But if you are cynical, power-hungry Democrats more uncomfortable with the idea of human freedom than you are pleased with a decrease in human life, this report is bad news. Furthermore, if you are a dishonest member of the media who believes that delivering political wins to Democrats is more important than human life, this report is also bad news.

There is just no question that an armed American populace is a safer American populace. This study also proves that smart policing and a willingness to award serious jail time to violent offenders (two areas  our criminal justice system have focused on over the last two decades) does a helluva lot more to decrease the rate of gun violence than purely symbolic gun-grabbing laws.
Thanks to this study we also know for a fact now that the Newtown massacre is being exploited by the media only to demonize Obama's political enemies.

Taylor Morris an American Hero

After high school, Taylor pursued a career with the Navy.  I was less than thrilled with his decision, but tried to stay supportive none-the-less.  I told him, if he even once felt like the military wasn’t the right path that he should drop out and we could go to ninja school together.  I didn’t see him much and we didn’t stay in touch very well.  He ended up becoming a member of an elite class of soldiers known as the EOD. The Explosive Ordinance Disposal teams are the first men on the battle field.  They clear paths of explosives for other soldiers, literally putting their lives on the line for their fellow men.

 

 On May 3, 2012, Taylor stepped on an IED.  When the news hit our hometown of Cedar Falls, Iowa, our community dropped to their knees.  The damage Taylor sustained was extremely severe.  The explosion blew off his legs, his left arm and his right hand.  After receiving immediate medical attention in Afghanistan, he transferred to a hospital in Germany, and May 6th was taken to Walter Reed Medical Academy in Washington DC to begin the long rehabilitation process.

  Taylor does not want to be called a hero.  He states “I was simply doing my job, which I knew the risks of. The people who went into known danger to save my life are the real heroes.” Taylor might not want to acknowledge being a hero on the battle field, but in my opinion, he can’t deny being the strongest inspiration to everyone who hears his story.  The bomb took much more than his limbs, it took his independence, privacy, ease of living.

Taylor Morris is a Hero. A true blue dyed in the wool American Hero. When the call came not only did he answer his duty to Country, he asked for the most dangerous job there was. So, that he could protect other American soldiers.  Taylor Morris is an American Hero who's example should be held up high and for all to see. I salute you Taylor Morris and all the gallant men who serve in the United States Armed Forces.

The Real Benghazi

 There never was or still is a diplomatic consulate in Benghazi. The property where the American Ambassador and other Americans were murdered was a RENTED villa consisting of a primary residence with a few nondescript outbuildings behind the main house.  To label it a consulate is to obfuscate the CIA's real reason for being there.

Benghazi was and is the largest active CIA operation centers in North Africa. Benghazi is a planning and operations center, a logistics hub for weapons and arms being funneled out of Libya. Unlike the embassy in Tripoli, there was limited security in Benghazi. Why? So the operation did not draw attention to what was going on there. 


The CIA does not like to draw attention to itself...

Once Gaddafi was forcibly retired there was the matter of his weapons and arms that were hidden all over Libya, including chemical weapons and nerve gas. According to Obama and Hillary Clinton, we were in Libya to collect and destroy these weapons to make for a ‘safer’ Libya. That’s what they were telling the American public. That’s not really what was going on, though, and it seems like all of the other nations except the average American knew it. Anyway, you can find pictures and videos of weapons caches being destroyed, but that is strictly for the public’s consumption.

The Americans had rebels on the ground locating caches of weapons, separating the working from those that weren’t, and making a big show of destroying the weapons, but only the weapons that were useless. The working weapons were being funneled to Islamic jihadists fighters inside of Syria.


They were being funneled through Libya, crisscrossing Libya on a Muslim Brotherhood managed strategic supply route. In fact, Michael Reagan called it the modern day equivalent of the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
 
The entire arms and weapons running operation was headquartered in Benghazi, The weapons were actually being shipped out of Libya from the port city of Dernah, located about a hundred miles east of Benghazi. That was the ‘choke point’ of the weapons being shipped out.  The ships carrying weapons hid among ‘humanitarian aid.’ At current speed there is 30-40 million pounds of arms already transported out of Libya.

From there, the weapons were being sent to staging areas in Turkey near the Syrian border, for use by the Free Syrian Army and other ragtag terrorist groups to fight against Assad. The objective was and still is to destabilize the Assad government.

After Libya the NEXT primary target of the Western Democracies is Syria.

Remember, former General Wesley Clark's conversation with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld ...

“Are we still going to war with Iraq?”

“Oh its worse than that. “

“I just got this down from upstairs [the secretary of defense's office], this is a memo that describes how we are going to take out seven countries in five years - staring with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing off, Iran.”

Looks like they are behind schedule but right on track for their goals of world domination. 

The 401k Wallstreet Slight of Hand

 I have personally written on the 401k train robbery in previous posts.  I will enumerate certian jaw dropping facts exposed in "The Retirement Gamble" written by the outstanding team of Martin Smith and Marcela Gaviria.  It is an EXCELLENT book which showcases the staggering greed run rampant in both Wallstreet and this nation.
 
Excerpt: "If you work for Wall Street. You are their slave, their lackey and as long as their toadies dominate in Congress, nothing is going to change on the legislative front to stop the looting. Wall Street seized millions of homes through illegal foreclosures and stripped the equity from the owners. They got away with it. Some Wall Street firms further enriched themselves making bets that the housing market would collapse, using their inside knowledge of the bogus loans they had made. They got away with that also.

Now Wall Street is busy asset stripping the 401k  retirement plans of the working class in America, while KING Obama proposes to cut Social Security benefits through a discredited calculation called Chained CPI – conveniently causing people to save more in their 401(k) plans to make up for the potential loss. But the more you save, the more Wall Street asset strips."

This egregious affront to the American middle class should have Congress and the Justice department up in arms, but that is not he case..

Bogle: Costs are a crucial part of the equation. It doesn’t take a genius to know that the bigger the profit of the management company, the smaller the profit that investors get. The money managers always want more, and that’s natural enough in most businesses, but it’s not right for this business. 

Smith: Bogle gave me an example. Assume you’re invested in a fund that is earning a gross annual return of 7 percent. They charge you a 2 percent annual fee. Over 50 years, the difference between your net of 5 percent — the red line — and what you would have made without fees — the green line — is staggering. Bogle says you’ve lost almost two thirds of what you would have had. 

Bogle: What happens in the fund business is the magic of compound returns is overwhelmed by the tyranny of compounding costs. It’s a mathematical fact. There’s no getting around it. The fact that we don’t look at it— too bad for us. 

Smith: What I have a hard time understanding is that 2 percent fee that I might pay to an actively managed mutual fund is going to really have a great impact on my future retirement savings. 

Bogle: Well, you have to rely on somebody to get out a compound interest table and look at the impact over an investment lifetime. Do you really want to invest in a system where you put up 100 percent of the capital, you the mutual fund shareholder, you take 100 percent of the risk and you get 30 percent of the return? 

Smith takes Bogle’s advice and pulls up a compounding calculator on his laptop. On air, he shows the viewer the results: 

Smith: Take an account with a $100,000 balance and reduce it by 2 percent a year. At the end of 50 years, that 2 percent annual charge would subtract $63,000 from your account, a loss of 63 percent, leaving you with just a little over $36,000. 

There’s another way to prove the point. Pull up a compounding calculator on line. Take an account with a $100,000 balance and compound it at 7 percent for 50 years. That gives you a return of $ 3,278,041.36. Now change the calculation to a 5 percent return (reduced by the 2 percent annual fee) for the same $100,000 over the same 50 years.

 That delivers a return of $1,211,938.32. That’s a difference of  $2,066,103.04 – the same 63 percent reduction in value that Smith’s example showed. 

Presently, 70 percent of Americans who have any kind of retirement plan at their place of employment have a 401(k) plan. Not everyone is paying 2 percent fees. Some are paying more and others are paying less – sometimes much less if using passively managed index funds.

The Saudi Shuffle

 

Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was injured and hospitalized during the bombing.   Subsequently two high level meetings with his family’s interested representatives were conducted by both Secretary of State John Kerry and President Obama himself.    Michelle Obama even went to the hospital where Ali Al Harbi was being cared for and paid him a personal visit.



Immediately following the bombing, while  Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi was still in the hospital, a warrant was delivered and his apartment was immediately searched by the FBI.    This happened on the same day as the bombing itself. 
Subsequently he was MAGICALLY cleared by investigators, or so the story is told;  But oddly he was also deported under the auspices of “national security“.   The obvious question arrises:   If he was not involved, and cleared, then why deport him?

Again, applying Bugs Bunny’s razor to the known activity surrounding events, it is most likely the conversations with his family and Saudi officials led to the decision.  The “why” remains a mystery – but knowing the family ties, and the administration ties to the family, it certainly raises multiple levels of suspicion.

On Monday night 4/15/13 (the day of the Boston Bombing) new media reports from the Boston area discussed that an apartment belonging to a Saudi National, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, in Revere Mass, was searched by FBI and Law enforcement. Abdul was in the U.S. on a student visa.

Considerably more activity now in the lobby of the 5th floor Revere MA apartment building. More Agents are gathered there.—

The next morning, Tuesday, the following media report appeared on the newswire:

A meeting Secretary of State John Kerry was to hold with Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal was abruptly closed to press coverage Tuesday morning.
The State Department provided no reason for the change, which was announced just 15 minutes before the scheduled 10 A.M. session, but media reports have said that a Saudi national in the U.S. on a student visa is a “person of interest” to investigators probing the bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday.
The person being investigated was badly injured in the attack, sources said. (link)

 THEN!!! U.S. President Barack Obama BY CHANCE bumped into by ACCIDENT the Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal at the White House on Wednesday and discussed something or other...spokeswoman said.
The meeting was not on Obama’s public schedule.

Obama Groveling to the Saudi Royal Family

Barack Hussein Obama was guided and funded by a Saudi agent in the United States. This was happening since 1979 and perhaps earlier, since the time Barack Obama lived in Hawaii as a teenager. This agent, Khalid Al Mansour (AKA Donald Warden) was known to the FBI, and was affiliated with the Weather Underground as well, working as a lawyer for the connected group, the Black Panthers. The same Saudi agent was involved in raising money for Barack Obama through his early career, and also was instrumental in getting Obama accepted into the Harvard Law Review - a key step in Obama;'s political rise. The question naturally arises, from these facts, whether Barack Obama is under Saudi control. The answer it seems, was given when Barack Obama traveled to Saudi Arabia, and visited with the Saudi princes who thus funded Obama's rise to power. Obama profoundly bowed before the Saudi princes.
 
Barack Obama may have been a go-between acting on behalf of the Saudi princes, in their generous funding of the Mujahidden's struggle against the Soviet Empire. This would have accounted for Barack Obama's "mystery years", in which we know only that Obama was not at Columbia as initially claimed, but in which we know he did make an unknown number of trips to Pakistan ('unknown number', because Obama used a non-US passport). In this activity, he would have served the interests of his mentor (later to be his campaign and economic advisor) Zbigniew Brzezinski, as well as those of his director and money raiser, the Saudi agent Khalid Al Mansour.

Thus, Obama evidently had a role in creating the Mujahidden, later to become the Taliban and Al Qaeda. We know that Brzezinski had direct contact with Osama Bin Laden (there is an actual movie of it), and Barack Obama, as Brzezinski's "go-fer", probably had contact with Bin Laden also.

The Saudi princes were eager to get funding to the Mujaheddin through Brzezinski for at least two reasons - first, to get Osama Bin Laden and the Wahabites out of Saudi Arabia, because the Wahabites wanted to bring down the house of Saud (knowing they all would probably die fighting the Soviets)- and second, for the Saudis to protect themselves against Soviet domination of the Persian gulf. So what Barack Obama and Al Mansour did together, all makes sense.
