TPP Grants Corporations Terrifying Secret Powers

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a proposed regional regulatory and investment treaty. As of 2014, twelve countries throughout the Asia Pacific region have participated in negotiations on the TPP: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam. If accepted it would be
the largest trade deal in history representing 792 million people and about 40% of the world economy.

The proposed agreement began in 2005 as the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPSEP or P4). Participating countries set the goal of wrapping up negotiations in 2012, but contentious issues such as agriculture, intellectual property, and services and investments have caused negotiations to continue into the present, with the last round meeting in Ottawa from 3–12 July 2014. Implementation of the TPP is one of the primary goals of the trade agenda of the Obama administration in the United States of America.

TPP is about corporations sezing control and ownership of all public lands, waters, oceans etc.  This is a real reason why TPP is being fast tracked, and kept secret from public scrutiny.  The public is not being allowed to read or examine anything that is in the TPP documents for at least 5 years AFTER the treaty is signed. 

The last I checked the United States is a Republic.  America is a nation of people not a collection of corporations who have at their disposal 300 million slaves.   That our leaders of forcing this criminal treaty in secret and behind closed doors speaks volumes as to whom it benefits.  


In  May 2012, United States Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) introduced S. 3225, which would have required the Office of the US Trade Representative to disclose its TPP documents to all members of Congress.  Big surprise, it failed.  In In 2013, even yellow dog Democrats,  Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass) and Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) sharply criticised the obama administration's Orwellian  secrecy policies.

TPP in it's entirety places corporations above governments.  An example being  the "Investor State Resolution" clauses that allow foreign companies to sue to overturn national labor and environmental laws. So, if another country doesn't like US labor laws the corporation can sue the federal government and force it to enact unfair labor laws.  Great for the corporation, bad for the already beleaguered American worker who is being squeezed on all sides. 


TPP  gives unprecedented power to the multinational corporations. TPP creates an international tribunal  outside any nation's legal system, that can order compensation for lost expected profits resulting from a nation's regulations. Which, means that if a corporation could make more money by hurting US workers then the US must either give in to this new trade concession or pay, out of the tax payers pocket, the corporation for lost profits.    

Sovereign rights will be conceded, by the signing of the TPP, to foreign corporations and that will be forever.  The wording of TPP makes it so that all who sign will do so in perpetuity. TPP places corporations above governments and places public health, labor laws, or even environmental rules at the behest of the corporation who have NO thought other then to make money.  

The very people of America would become corporate slaves who because of TPP no longer have a say in how our country is run.  Add to that, TPP would allow forigen corporations to have their hand in how the United States is governed and what it's laws will be.

The deal would encourage and reward American corporations for outsourcing even more jobs abroad. And it does nothing to prevent other nations from manipulating their currencies to boost their exports and undermine the competitiveness of U.S.-made products.

The only reason US officials would even think of signing this nightmare partnership is because they are KNOWINGLY laying the foundations for a One World Government.  The TPP hamstrings the United States and signs over sovereignty to foreign interests.  If TPP was so wonderful then why is it being done in secrecy? Why is this administration trying to force this treaty though by fast track?   What is the White House afraid will happen if there is open and honest  transparency?    

Supreme Court is Going to Force Gay Marriage upon America

Hillary Clinton just spoke at 2015 Women in the World Summit.  In her speech she let it be known that Christians will have to change their religious beliefs or be forced to by legal legislation.  

Her exact words were..."Deep seated biased Religious beliefs will HAVE to be changed..."

The part of the Bill of Rights that is most important to the separation debate is the First Amendment, in particular, the two religion clauses of the first Amendment. These clauses deal precisely with the issue of what government can and cannot do with respect to religion. The establishment clause makes up the first ten words of the First Amendment. It reads as follows:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...

The free exercise clause makes up the next six words of the Amendment. It reads as follows:

Together, these clauses comprise the most specific statement in the Constitution about the powers of the federal government over religion. It is interesting, for example, to note that both clauses are phrased in the negative, that is, they describe what the federal government cannot do with respect to religion.

Now, in 2015 the United States Supreme Court, by deciding that gay marriage is the law of the land, will FORCE by threat of financial penalties and taxes the FREE Exercise of Religion to be impinged upon. 
 
 Once the SCOTUS rules that homosexuals have the right to marry ALL Christian, Churches, business, institutions will be FORCED by law to deny their deeply held religious Faith. This means that the Catholic Church will be forced to marry homosexual couples.  It means that Christian business owners Churches, Foundations, individuals  will become 2nd class citizens. Homosexuals who make up less then  1 percent of this nation will be a specially protected class of citizens who rights superseded the rest of this nation. 
 

Make no mistake, the SCOTUS ruling is a deliberate, planned assault upon Christianity.   Just as the NAZI's denied the rights of Jews in Germany in the 1930's; TPTB hidden within the bureaucracy are slowly removing, brick by brick, the foundations, upon which the United States stands, the family.

Texas Hedging bet Against Fed

 

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill into law on Friday, June 12, that will allow Texas to build a gold and silver bullion depository. In addition, Texas will repatriate $1 billion worth of bullion from the Federal Reserve in New York to the new facility once completed. 


 Abbott said.. 'I signed HB 483 to provide a secure facility for the State of Texas, state agencies and Texas citizens to store gold bullion and other precious metals. With the passage of this bill, the Texas Bullion Depository will become the first state-level facility of its kind in the nation, increasing the security and stability of our gold reserves and keeping taxpayer funds from leaving Texas to pay for fees to store gold in facilities outside our state.”


We are not talking Fort Knox. But when I first announced this, I got so many emails and phone calls from people literally all over the world who said they want to store their gold … in a Texas depository. People have this image of Texas as big and powerful … so for a lot of people, this is exactly where they would want to go with their gold.”

 Why does the state of Texas want to go through the trouble of building its own storage facility? There are precisely two important reasons. One involves distrust in the current storage system. The second threatens the paper money system as a whole.

Distrust of the Fed

“In a lot of cases with gold you may not have clear title to the metal. You may have a counterparty relationship that makes you a creditor. If the counterparty has a problem unrelated to gold, they can default and then you become an unsecured creditor in bankruptcy,” said Keith Weiner, president of the Gold Standard Institute.
This means you get whatever is left after liquidation, often just a fraction of the initial value of your holdings.

This exact scenario happened with futures broker MF Global. Gold investors who had warehouse receipts to gold bars with a specific serial number. But that gold had an encumbered title and they became unsecured creditors in bankruptcy. 
 
In Texas, two big public pension funds from the University of Texas (UoT) and the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) own gold worth more than $1 billion.

Being uncomfortable with holding purely financial gold in the form of futures and Exchange-traded Funds, University of Texas actually took delivery of the gold bars in 2011 and warehoused it with HSBC Bank in New York.

 COMEX at this time has about $80 billion of open interest between futures and futures options.  In their physical possession they ONLY had $2.7 billion of actual GOLD.
 
It is obvious to those who are paying attention... There is far more financial gold (Paper Gold) out there than actual physical bars of GOLD. 

 Texas is now going to be it's OWN Gold depository, the gold is going to be physically located in TEXAS.  

Those in the know may be speculating that the FED may soon have a problem for which it is not prepared. The power brokers in TEXAS do not want to find out that their GOLD bullion investment is simply paper representing gold which is not actually real.



The Real Power behind this bill and I believe the true reason this bill was passed.


The TEXAS bill also includes a provision to prevent seizure, which is important for private parties who want to avoid another 1933 style confiscation of their bullion by Federal authorities.

Section A2116.023 of the bill states: “A purported confiscation, requisition, seizure, or other attempt to control the ownership … is void ab initio and of no force or effect.” Effectively, the state of Texas will protect any gold stored in the depository from the FED.

With that in mind,  free from the threat of confiscation, private citizens can use gold and silver as money, completely bypassing the paper money system.  Bypassing the FED.

“People can legally do that with gold contracts. The difficulty is the implementation. Now Texas has set up a mechanism with the TEXAS Gold depository. We have accounts in that institution and can easily transfer back and forth certain amounts. So, now TEXAS can run it's own money system using gold or silver as a basis.  Again, bypassing the FED.

In order for the 'New World Order to come about the Globalist need to accomplish the destruction of the Family.  The bedrock of the Family is heterosexual Marriage. Which, defined is 'One man and one woman' joined by GOD.   The creator created this so that normally this union brings forth life and a stable environment for the husband, wife to raise the offspring.  

The Globalists who desire a New World Order are taking examples from Stalin's red handbook handbook on Communism.  In the Soviet Union the State was GOD. Any social function that stood in the way of the Soviet state becoming GOD was eradicated and exterminated.   Religion, family, morality were all casualties of the new Soviet state.  First the churches were shut down, then any Russians who would not give up their faith were ostracized socially, economically. 

Next, Soviet youth had to be indoctrinated politically. Communist authorities took many brutal routes to achieve this goal. Primarily, the Communist Party fostered a cult of childhood, much like Stalin’s cult of personality, which idealized Soviet childhood. The Communist Party formalized this cult through youth organizations such as the Komsomol, Young Pioneers, and Little Octobrists. Much as Lenin did in his 1920 speech to the Komsomol, this cult relied on a juxtaposition between “true” Communist children.  The Communist Party isolated children from their parents influence. Then, through harsh conditioning, lack of sleep, food, and oppressive manual labor the Soviets were able to create a radicalized Communists youth whose only loyalty lay with the Soviet state.   

 In 2015 you are seeing this all over again,except it is being down with a far more efficient capitalist twist.  The globalist are in the process of destroying the family by means of the homosexual agenda.  Political strategists, psychologists, pollsters, organizing experts, and various “think tank” types are being utilized to give the illusion that the people support gay marriage.   They, those who support the New World Order, meticulously study the data and elections and have designed a new set of strategies and tactics to win against their “right wing” adversaries.

The recent gay marriage election in Ireland was just such an assault on the family structure.  The Globalists created a sophisticated propaganda campaign. They shipped thousands of activists into key voting areas to canvass door to door. In order to soften the average people toward homosexuality and create an animus against traditional religious values, they resurrected many of the “big lie” techniques used by the 20th century totalitarian movements. 

For example, people were told over and over that not allowing “gay marriage” was bad for the economy and that only backward, ignorant, and superstitious hateful, Christians were against it. Homosexuality was said to be the next phase of the Civil Rights movement. A key talking point was that by supporting “gay marriage” you are “on the right side of history”  a Nazi concept used by Hitler to justify the slaughter of millions of Jews. 

Anyone who opposed gay marriage was labeled as bigots, homophobic, hateful, non-inclusive, barbaric, trapped in the past. All of these derogatory adjectives were always attached to either Christians or the Catholic Church.  What is interesting is that neither Islam nor Judaism were mentioned in these vicious attacks, only Christians.  Yet, both Islam and Judaism are both opposed to homosexuality.   Christians are being single out in these attacks by the far left because the real battle has nothing to do with homosexuality.  The real battle is the dissolution of the family, the nation state, and finally humanity itself.  
 
The far left found that it's life blood in these attacks centered on fundraising. After all to the far left money is their god.   In previous elections the Globalists had only raised about the same amount (or less) than the pro-family side.  Now, however they went after the “gay” money men for staggering sums of cash.

The Globalist homosexual agenda was salivating in it's desire to get a country with a thousand-year Catholic culture to accept “gay marriage” through a nationwide vote.
 Make note of the fact that the Globalists went after the seemingly MOST CATHOLIC COUNTRY in the world.

The gay marriage campaign was lengthy, dirty, and very intense, add to that, the most expensive campaign yet,   The Irish nationwide propaganda was unrelenting.  The Globalists used intensive psychological manipulation techniques to pound the entire country into submission.  The average Irish citizen could hardly with stand the constant badgering by radio, television, and internet.  The ATTACK-arguments were neither rational nor truthful, as with all faulty arguments it was purely emotional.

A particularly nasty venom was directed at religious believers and most especially the Catholic Church. Many Catholics became frightened and confused because the Irish Bishops and the Catholic Church refused to stand up to these vicious attacks.   When the far left saw that the Catholic Church was too afraid to fight for it's beliefs; the homosexual lobby became emboldened and more hateful.

Now, because the Catholic Church would not stand against the gay marriage heresy the far left homosexual lobby has in their trophy case the victory of homosexuality against the worlds most Catholic country.

For some time I have seen the pieces and being put into place of Washington creating a national police force.  Beholden NOT to the city, state or local governments, but to the federal government.   A national police force built around the frame work of the East German Stasi.  From 1950 until the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the Ministry for State Security (known as the Stasi) operated one of the most sophisticated and oppressive intelligence networks ever known. The East German secret police had a roll call of more than 100,000 officers and 170,000 spies who maintained order by keeping the country under a blanket of fear. They tapped thousands of telephones, drilled peepholes into people’s apartments, and controlled the press. Political offenders were sent to the prisons or mental hospitals or simply killed outright.


2 years ago posters began appearing in major cities all around the US with the phrase 'See something, Say something.' This was a very nasty tactic of the East German Stasi secret police. It basically turned the people against themselves. It had a chilling effect on freedom and democracy.  The state was able to co-opt the people to fight and betray one another. 



Now, we have these media blown event whose narratives are being scripted to the force Washington to intervene and replace local and state police with a National police force.  Black police officers kill white criminals every day in America. This is NEVER reported on in the mainstream media, and if it is the fact that the police officer is black is never mentioned.  Just, as when, large groups of black teenage thugs rampage through the streets of Chicago and Boston  the race of the teenagers in question is never mentioned. This is because this does not fit the narrative Washington is pushing.

Today, May 1st 2015 Al Sharpton called for the Justice Department to “take over policing in this country” and stated “we’re going to have to fight states’ rights” in comments recorded by the Baltimore Sun on Thursday.


Sharpton said, “we need the Justice Department to step in and take over policing in this country. In the 20th century, they had to fight states’ rights in — to get the right to vote. We’re going to have to fight states’ rights in terms of closing down police cases.”


Notice what Sharpton said in closing...

'We must fight States Rights.'   

 What he is really saying is that we must begin to dismantle the Bill of Rights. Because, it is the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which both holds back the power of the Federal government, and at the same time protecting states rights against federal tyranny.  Once there is a national police force beholden ONLY to Washington then the dismanteling of the Bill of Rights and the censure of the Constitution can begin in earnest.  

 

Baltimore THUGS Tried To Light This Pizza Shop Owner on Fire

The THUGS, Criminals, and scum of Baltimore took out their anger not just on the police but on everyday hardworking citizens and business owners.  These  are the same business owners who give jobs to the people of Baltimore and well as provide services to the community.  These are the same business owners who pay property taxes which keep the infrastructure of Baltimore functioning.   Essam el Ghannam, an immigrant, the owner of a pizza shop, which was torched by the Baltimore rioters on Monday.


  When Essam asked the police for help he was told to run and hide.  Essam asked what about his car? The police responded that he would just have to let it burn.  How many people in America in today's economy can just 'Let their car burn'?  Not willing to give up his family sole means of transportation he grabed his young daughter and made for his family's car. Leaving his business for the rioters and thugs to burn.  

 On the way to his car a 14 year old African-American female squirted lighter fluid on him and his car. Other African-American males began throwing matches at Essa, his daughter and their car. 

Now, the liberal, left-wing media want to take American's to task for calling these low life, criminals...'THUGS.'  Those in Washington who want to spin this a racial issue and use the Baltimore riots as a means to foster even more decisiveness have the audacity to take offense at the word 'THUGS.'  
 
Why doesn't someone in the media take offense at the fact a 14 year old African-American female and other African-American males were attempting to burn a man and his young daughter alive.   All for the offense of owning a business in Baltimore. The only thing that can be taken from this is that Washington is pushing a narrative of Nobel Savages against a brutal corrupt city police force.  

That might actually work if it wasn't for the fact Baltimore is 72% black, run by a Black Mayor, and a Black police chief, and a 80% Black city Council.  Those facts are a problem for Washington and the liberal, left-wing media.  Because, they can run the old tired race card , but it won't find any traction in this case.

 

Freedom to be Christian is Under Fire in America

Committed, honest, hard working American Christians, owners of an Oregon bakery, Sweet Cakes, learned Friday that there is a severe price to pay for following their Christian faith.

A judge for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) recommended a lesbian couple should receive $135,000 in damages for their emotional suffering after Sweet Cakes by Melissa refused to make them a wedding cake. 

As a result - Aaron and Melissa Klein could lose everything they own — including their home. This is WRONG on so many levels.  When a man contacted HOMOSEXUAL cake shops in Oregon and asked them to make Anti-gay wedding cakes ALL of the 5 shops said they refused to make the cakes. 

When, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) was contacted and asked to act on these 5 homosexual owned and operated cake shops the  Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) refused to get involved. 

Also, notice how the ONLY cake shop  Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) went after was a Christian owned cake shop.  No muslim , Hindu, Buddhists businesses were targeted.  It is very obvious that the far left in not interested in fair play, they are simply attacking Christians.   This is an overt cover assault on Christians in America.      

The Oregonian reports the recommended penalty is not final and could be raised or lowered by State Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian.

Make no mistake, this is a direct assault by the far left against FREE SPEECH, FREEDOM of Religion, and the very bedrock of this nation, the Constitution. 

The controversy started in 2013 when Aaron Klein declined to provide a cake for a lesbian wedding. Later that year, the women filed a complaint against Klein and his wife, Melissa. This was Aaron and Melissa Klein GOD given right to not be a party to something that goes against their Christian faith. 

So, Oregon is stating that Aaron and Melissa Klein MUST under penalty of law be forced to violate their deeply held religious beliefs. The state of Oregon is saying by that FREE thought, FREE Speech, FREEDOM to believe and act on deeply held religious beliefs are no longer allowed.  That means anytime a homosexual demands something from any one engaging in a for profit business in Oregon that individual/business must give up their Constitutional rights. It now means that the far left has the power to make Christian business owners second class citizens.  So, just like Animal FARM some animals are more equal then others...

Within hours of the ruling, the Family Research Council facilitated the establishment of a GoFundMe account to help the Kleins raise the money the need. In less than eight hours, more than $100,000 was raised.

However, late Friday GoFundMe pulled the plug — sending this message to would-be donors:

“After careful review by our team, we have found the ‘Support Sweet Cakes By Melissa’ campaign to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions,” the message read. “The money raised thus far will still be made available for withdrawal.”

Family Research Council President Tony Perkins blasted the harsh penalty levied against the Kleins.

“The state of Oregon has given a new meaning to shotgun weddings,” Perkins said. “You will be forced to participate in same-sex weddings and violate your beliefs.”

Perkins wondered what impact the Oregon ruling would have on religious freedom across the country. 

“If Americans are not free to decline to be involved in a specific activity that violates their beliefs, then we are not free,” he said. 

It’s not exactly clear what led GoFundMe to drop the fundraising drive - but Perkins blamed it on gay activists.

“This reveals two very important aspects of the redefinition of marriage, Americans are not going along with it and two - the intolerance of those trying to redefine marriage is historically unprecedented,” Perkins said.
