NAZI Storm troopers in the Oakland Police Department callously fired a tear gas canister at point blank range directly into Scott Olsen's face, fracturing his skull and nearly killing him.  As other protesters tried to assist him, cowardly Oakland police viciously lobbed a flash grenade into their midst, inches away from Olsen’s already fractured and bleeding skull.  Many of the protesters on the scene, afraid to give their name because of police reprisals, said it looked as if Oakland police were out for blood that night. 

 Scott Olsen, 24, a decorated United States Marine of Daly City, California, served his nation FAITHFULLY in Iraq in the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines both in 2006 and 2007.   Being a Marine and a man of conviction he felt it not only his right, but his duty to protest the outright theft and malfeasance in office by the current administration and their lackey Bankers on Walstreet.  

Scott Olsen, an American Hero, was listed in critical condition on Wednesday night after he had been hand carried to Highland Hospital in Oakland by peaceful protestors.

This is what it's come too, Wall-street robbing America blind, the American people starving, broke, and jobless, with our backs against the wall.  The NAZI Storm Troopers of the Oakland Police department have betrayed duty, honor, and the very people whom they are supposed to be serving.  

NWO Puppet gets $3.4 million in Free legal fees

A federal appeals court judge, who as a government lawyer signed off on secret memos authorizing the use of the torture against terrorism suspects, received $3.4 million in free legal services from a MAJOR US Law Firm.  With ZERO surprise he skated FREE from ethics charges over his collusion with the BUSH White House for authorizing torture.

Surprise, Jay Bybee, is now a JUDGE with the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.     Before his JUDGESHIP he headed the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel and signed off on memorandums authorizing torture, and harsh interrogations in the wake of 9/11. Bybee worked in the office from November 2001 to March 2003, supervising the memos’ controversial author John Yoo. In 2003, President George W. Bush appointed Bybee to the appeals court.

Despite the elevation of Bybee, the DoJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility opened an pretend investigation in 2004, thanks to the help of Los Angeles firm of Latham & Watkins, the investigation was dropped in 2010.

The National Law Journal on Monday published Bybee’s financial disclosure statements for the 9th Circuit,. They show that Latham had donated $3.25 million in services and a few other firms another $150,000 in the years leading up to the government’s decision concluding that Bybee and underling Yoo had not committed professional misconduct.

This is tantamount to outright malfeasance and High Crimes that the DOJ rolled over so easy.  Since when does a MAJOR US Law Firm Donate $3.25 MILLION in legal fees?  I promise you that deals were made before the memorandums were signed off on.  It is my opinion that Jay Bybee, did not stick his neck out unless he had assurances that he would be taken care of on the 'Back End.'   This whole affair does nothing but point to the internal cankerous rot that has destroyed this once Free and great nation.

NATO's Assassination of Gaddafi

Before the planned MURDER of Gaddafi by America's puppet NATO Libya was the largest oil producer in Africa.  That was not Gaddafi's crime in the eyes of the Globalist Bankers. His unpardonable crime was that Gaddafi was planning to introduce the gold dinar, a single African currency that would serve as an alternative to the U.S. dollar.

  There are no coincidences in the coming One World Government.  Iraq’s former dictator Saddam Hussein, was in the process of creating the Iraqi gold Dinar a replacement for the American Dollar in the Gulf.  Suddenly, the United States found evidence of“weapons of mass destruction under every rock in Iraq.  They never did find any evidence of 'weapons of mass destruction.'  The moment Saddam Hussein was dead and Iraq forgot about the gold Iraqi Dina, so to did the US forget about looking for, finding, or even talking about WMD's in IRAQ.

If ANY oil producing Gulf nation started accepting any other currency other than the US dollars it destroy the value and need for the US greenback.  The US dollar as the world's reserve currency is only so, because in order to buy oil you MUST have US dollars.  The US Dollar is worth nothing, but faith in a government that is running an annual budget deficit of over $ 3 TRILLION dollars a year. 

Qaddafi was no Angel, but he and the free people of Libya did not deserve the brutal overthrow of a peaceful government which provided well for it's citizens.

Gaddafi's contributions to the people of Libya:
 
1. All the newly weds people of Libya used to get about 50,000 dollars from Government to lead a very happy life.

2. Home was a guaranteed  right of every citizen of Libya.

3. There was no electricity bill in Libiya. Electricity is free.

4. No interest loan for the people of Libya according to Law. Gaddafi was against interest since interest is forbidden in Islam.

5. Gaddafi has increased the literacy rate from 25% to 83%. Education expenses in Government universities are free in Libya.

6. Medical expenses in Government hospitals was free in Libya.

7. The price of the patrol was 0.14 cents in Libya.

8. When Libyan citizen buys a car, Government used to subsidized 50% of the price of the car.

9. A large loaf of bread cost only 15 cents in Libya.

10. The GDP per capita of Libya was 15,000 us dollars. Purchasing power was very high compare to the GDP.

11. The economy of Libya was improving rapidly. In 2010 it had 10% growth. It has ZERO external debts, unlike the United States and it's NATO puppets. . It also has the reserves amount of 200 billion US dollars.

12. Unemployment payments were sent from the government until the person finds a Job.

13. A Libyan mother received 5000 us dollars for giving birth to every child.

"Muammar Gaddafi, whatever his faults, WAS a true nationalist. Gaddafi had many positive contributions to Libya.  Gaddafi expelled British and American troops from Libya and seized their bases, after he took power.  Gaddafi sought to do as much as he could for Africa.  He contributed greatly to the building of infrastructure in Africa.



Col Gaddafi pushed for a United States of Africa to rival the US and the European Union. He was famous for saying..."We want an African military to defend Africa. We want a single currency. We want one African passport."

  This all came to a bloody and brutal end when a very public assassination was carried out by Libyan rebels who were after the very large cash reward offered by NATO for the murder and silence Muammar Gaddafi.  

The worst part in all of this is that the Libyan people think they are better off then before.  Now, Libya is nothing more then a colony of the US and Brittan.  After sectarian violence, religious clashes, and countless blood vendetta are carried out, a puppet leader backed by US oil interests will take command of the husk of the once independent Libya. 
When the Libyan people finally wake up and realize that they've been had, it will be too late.  They will be poor, destitute and slaves to the NWO.

The Rape of the Iraq

The outright theft of Oil by the United States from the Nation of Iraq and it's deeply impoverished people is being done using the most brutal and barbaric methods possible.

 America's national arrogance and it's deeply rooted sense of Western entitlement is cold calculating death heaped atop dead Iraqi babies, one 500lb bomb at a time.   'Shock and Awe' is nothing more then genocide in garish lipstick, bad lighting, and cheap perfume.  While, misleading sound bites may tickle the sadist fantasies of pick up driving rednecks, it does little for a country, a people who have been subjugated by not one, not two, but three separate major land, sea, and air invasions.  All of which were spurned by one single united driving force, cheap, free, oil, the life blood of the world's global economy.      

 When the 1st Marine Division of the United States military punched through the defenses of what was left of the rag-tag Iraqi Army, their first priority was the Iraqi Oil Ministry building, which of course was not stuck by one single, bomb or bullet. It was the prize the American Bankers wanted above everything else, the locations of all the Iraqi oil fields, both drilled and untapped.  Any nation who defies their desire to rape and steal national assets be punished by death from above.


The true debt for the holocaust in the RAPE of IRAQ is the Wallstreet bankers.  It is they who steer the bow of the great American ship of state and it's awesome military might.   The American military is a killing machine with no equal, since the beginning of the world; it has only one ability and that is to kill, destroy, and occupy.

  Such barbarism will have unintended consequences far into the uncertain future, one in where a US President is given a Nobel Peace prize as he increases carpet bombing in Iraq.   Iraq has not gained Democracy, Freedom, nor Liberty because the American military has no capacity to apply, spread, such ideals.    .

Free Speech is now a Privleage not a RIGHT!

The Liberal Elite want to end freedom of Speech, which is the RIGHT of All Free Men set forth in the First Amendment to the US constitution.

Their current method of attack is wrapping the iron fist of censorship in the velvet glove of  "protect the children!"

  In New York the lapdogs of the NWO,  NY Senators have thrown off the velvet glove and now plan to directly assault the First Amendment just as they have repeatedly stripped away New Yorkers rights to keep and bear arms, despite the fact that US Constitution clearly states otherwise.   Now, the lemming NY Senators plan to redefine the right to free speech as a privilege that 'THEY' and only 'THEY' have the power to give and take away.

 NY state senators :

"Proponents of a more refined First Amendment argue that this freedom should be treated not as a right but as a privilege — a special entitlement granted by the GOVERNMENT on a conditional basis that can be revoked when ever those in power feel threatened."

These NY state senators have stated publicly that the GOVERNMENT possesses the POWER to grant the "privilege" of free speech to citizens and to take it way at will.  It is their belief that all power, authority, and privilege belongs to GOVERNMENT.

American assassination panel headed by White House

Assassination of American citizens is now being sanctioned by a senior panel of US politician.  This is being done so Obama can have  

Plausible deniability in the ILLEGAL killing of US citizens.


Dr Ron Paul said recently..."We cannot disregard our own laws and the constitution of the US. To do so renders them meaningless for the rest of us. To have a panel or tribunal approving the killing of American Citizens (on or offshore) is a TRAVESTY and must be stopped!

This kind of power does not belong in the hands of the President or anyone else. The "correct" way to deal with this is to find the errant citizen, bring them back to the US, and put them on trial in a public and open forum - let them face their accusers and let the government present evidence of treasonous acts, then allow a jury to decide the accused persons fate! If they are hiding in a hostile country without extradition agreements with the US, a case can be made for the forcible removal of the accused US Citizen and still stay within US Law. (Those same laws were used in and by Israel when they were hunting down the last couple of surviving Nazi War Criminals who'd established new identities and new lives in South America or Australia - so we know they can and do work.)

If our government takes it upon themselves to deny the right to a trial by a jury, the right to face their accusers, and the right to see and defend/refute the evidence against one, then it is NOT the USA any longer. We have become diminished. If we ignore the lofty ideals of our forefathers and the drafters of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, then we will forfeit our nation and our freedoms in short order."

The White House dose not have the legal or moral authority to freely assassinate American citizens.  The US Constitution strictly forbids such practice. 

BY US Constitutional  LAW, the White House must, with all possible means, find a way to detain the US citizen , and BY US Constitutional  LAW, allow this US citizen a trail by jury, and the means to defend him or herself in a US court of law. Anything else, anything at all, is ILLEGAL and unconstitutional.

Mr Obama without LAW there is anarchy. As an attorney, and a dues paying member of the American B.A.R. you are aware of this. 

I ask you Mr Obama is this the CHANGE you so eloquently spoke of during your campaign to be President; to turn the United States of America from a Union of States ruled by Laws to a defacto dictatorship?

Steve Jobs 1955-2011

Steven P. Jobs, the technology pioneer who co-founded Apple Inc with Steve Wozniak, a high school friend, in his parents' Silicon Valley garage in 1976, has died.   Like no other, Steve Jobs transformed one technology after another, from computers and smartphones to music and movies, he was 56.

Steve Jobs had resigned as chief executive of Apple in August 2011, after struggling with cancer of the pancreas, which, was first found in 2003.  Due to the aggressive nature of the pancreatic cancer, he went on to have a liver transplant six years later. 

 Steve Jobs was born in San Francisco on Feb. 24, 1955, to Joanne Carole Schieble and Syrian immigrant Abdulfattah Jandali.  Young, poor, and unmarried, they pair put Steve up for adoption.  With joy, Steve was adopted by Paul Jobs, a high school dropout who sold used cars and worked as a machinist, and his wife, Clara.

Steve's accomplishments are on record and well known.  He took every disadvantage, every difficulty, and turned them to his advantage.   He never gave up, gave in, or accepted anyone else vision except his own.   Steve saw that beauty, form, and function all had it's place in the world of technology.  His singular, lazer like focus has made the modern world a better place. 

I have an Iphone4 which I love.  I look forward to buying many more Apple Inc products through out my life.  Steve Jobs and Apple Inc has made my life easier, more navigable, more connected, more productive, and most importantly, much more FUN thanks to the technology created and shepherded by Steve Jobs during his time at the helm of Apple Inc.   

For that I thank you Steven P. Jobs...
