Illinois Slams public with 32% Income Tax Hike

 

The only thing Democrats know is to tax and spend other people's money. The Illinois state Democrats think they can simply raise every time they run amok of their fiscal irresponsibility.  At NO time did it occur to cut spending, cut pork, and pet projects.

 

Illinois edges near becoming the first U.S. state to ever be rated junk bond status, the Democrat-controlled legislature of the bankrupt state of Illinois has just voted to slam its citizens with a hefty 32 percent hike in state income taxes.

After a series of delays, as a legislature obviously embarrassed by its own actions dithered, the State House finally approved of the Senate’s override of the governor’s veto with a 71-42 vote, burdening the state with a massive income tax hike. It was a vote that saw ten of the state’s Republican contingent abandon Republican values and join the Democrats in approval.

 

Thursday’s vote permanently increases the state’s personal income tax rate from 3.75 percent to 4.95 percent. It also raises the burden on businesses, raising the rate from 5.9 percent to seven. It all amounts to a 32 percent hike for the average Illinoisan and a $5 billion tax hike overall.

The new tax hike is all the more galling because Illinois already has the highest property taxes in the nation, a fact that often forces retirees out of their homes to flee to other states. This is also a situation not lost on the state’s black American population, either. Illinois is witnessing a growing number of its African-American citizens moving out of the state, with Chicago and Cook County residents leaving at the fastest rate.

On Thursday, Illinois Democratic House leader Michael Madigan only needed three Republicans to jump ship and vote his way, but not only did he get a whopping ten to do so, he also got five others who didn’t even bother to vote. An additional five joined him in the early rounds of deliberations, so Democrat Madigan knew he had the Republican votes going into the matter.

Thursday’s vote came after the House and the Senate passed the gigantic tax package this week only to have Illinois’ Republican Governor, Bruce Rauner, veto the bill. Despite the veto, on Wednesday the Senate voted to override the governor’s pen, sending the final vote back to the House. But all day Wednesday, Speaker Madigan could not get enough lawmakers together to make a quorum.

The task of overriding the veto was put off until Thursday, but even then, the vote was temporarily halted when police put the capitol building into lockdown after discovering a mysterious white powder in the governor’s Capitol office. The shutdown only lasted a short time, and, in due course, the vote was back on.

Finally, by early evening on Thursday, the deed was done, and the tax hike was approved. The state that is losing more citizens to out-migration than any other state, one with the lowest number of new jobs being created, and one losing business in droves just saddled its people with even higher taxes and with no budget reforms made and no cuts in spending implemented to boot.

Indeed, there was even more spending included in the disastrous budget deal. Some of the earmarks added into the deal include $12.7 million for the construction of a new classroom building at the College of Lake County, $10 million for the construction of a city center campus at Joliet Junior College, $15 million for a Chicago Metra station, plus much more.

The one thing the bill lacks is any cuts in spending or any budget reforms. This inadequacy does nothing to stave off the threat to the state’s bond rating which is already one of the poorest in the nation.

As June began, S&P and Moody’s both downgraded Illinois to near junk, the lowest ever for a U.S. State.

But even with the new budget finally approved, it isn’t likely that junk bond status can be avoided. Moody’s Investor Service warned on Wednesday that it will probably end up awarding Illinois with junk status despite the budget approval.

In fact, Moody’s said its coming downgrade would be a result of what the state’s Democrats are doing. In its July 5 statement, Moody’s said:

The decision to place the state’s ratings under review for Moody’s downgrade incorporates our expectation that the legislature will implement revenue increases, overriding the governor’s vetoes. The review will provide a limited amount of time for the Illinois General Assembly to finish voting on the measures, and for assessment of the plan’s credit implications. The review process will also address the likelihood of further deterioration in Illinois’ most pressing credit challenges: its severely underfunded pensions and a backlog of unpaid bills, which has doubled during the past year.

 

Moody’s also slammed the Democrats’ contention that a higher income tax intake will allow Illinois lawmakers to borrow even more money to spend on pet projects and fat union kickbacks.

Meanwhile, Illinois Republicans have a large number of their own to thank for this latest outrage inflicted on the state’s beleaguered citizens.

The ten Republicans who left Republican principles behind to join the Democrats were as follows:

Rep. Steve Andersson (65th District), Terri Bryant (115th), Mike Fortner (49th), Norine Hammond (93rd), David Harris (53rd), Chad Hays (104th), Sara Jimenez (99th), Bill Mitchell (87th), Reggie Phillips (110th), and Michael Unes (91st).

Another five Republicans didn’t vote at all. That list includes Jeanne Ives (42nd), Robert Pritchard (40th), Nick Sauer (51st), Grant Wehrli (41st), Christine Winger (45th).

Five more voted for the tax hike in the first go around as well. They include R. Pritchard (40th), John Cavaletto (107th), C.D. Davidsmeyer (100th), Charlie Meier (108th), and David Reis (109th).

South Africa President Proposes Land "Expropriation Without Compensation for Whites"

On 7/5/17, South Africa's ruling African National Congress proposed at its 5th annual national policy conference that in addition to nationalizing the country's central bank, that land expropriation from White South Africans should be done swiftly and without compensation.  President Jacob Zuma blamed the decline of South Africa's economy on 'White Sotuh Africans.'

There was a hard push from supporters of President Jacob Zuma for a decision on the seizure of lands and properties from White South Africans.  Once the land is seized redistribution of land without compensation‚ would necessitate a change to the constitution. ANC’s economic transformation subcommittee head‚ Enoch Godongwana‚ both this proposal and the current system of redistribution with compensation remain on the table for debate by branches. Zuma‚ however‚ hinted in his closing address that there WILL be legislative changes for expropriation without compensation.

“We agree on the imperative to accelerate land redistribution and land reform. . We agree that using the fiscus for land redistribution must be accompanied by other measures if we are to achieve the goal at the required pace,” said Zuma in his closing remarks at the six-day conference held in Johannesburg.

Expropriation without compensation is totally acceptable because only White South Africans are being injured. ” Zuma said. 

Soon, a successor to Zuma will be chosen. The two current frontrunners are Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa and Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, former African Union chair and Zuma's ex-wife.  As a reminder, Dlamini-Zuma has made land redistribution from whites to blacks without compensation one of her main policies. Dlamini-Zuma has also hinted that death of White South African Farmers would not be seriously investigated. 

The policy conference - which has been the top news item in South Africa for the past six days - made a dramatic turn-around and ditched the term "white monopoly capital" as being the main hindrance to the rapid socio-economic transformation of the black majority.  They have recently used the term "white monopoly capital" in what appears to be an attempt to regain lost support among the masses.

"Nine out of those eleven commissions said the phenomenon of monopoly capital is a global one and it manifests itself differently in various parts of the globe and therefore it would not be correct to characterize ours simply as white monopoly capital problem" said Joel Netshitenze of the ANC's national executive committee.

 

South Africans are meanwhile keeping close tabs on the policy conference, adamant that the ANC come up with solutions to overcome deep poverty, the uncontrollable rise in unemployment for blacks. 

The ANC should once again become "the party that people voted for so many years ago," says Mbali Nyando, lamenting that 22 years into an all BLACK government the living conditions of black people in particular, are "deteriorating at a rapid pace rather than improving." 

Bheki Khumalo told DW that the ANC should focus on unemployment, a "major issue among the black people."  Black People are unemployed, hungry and  near triple digit numbers. Black South Africans under an all black South African government have lost hope, he says, appealing to the ANC to work more closely with white foreign entrepreneurs.

And if South Africa decides to follow in Zimbabwe's anti-white footsteps, the already hopeless people will be even hungrier and even more unemployed.

Fareed Zakaria, a muslim calls for the rape of white women by Islamic males

Fareed Zakaria,  a muslim and CNN host of ‘Foreign Affairs,’ a program focusing on international events, has  called for the merciless rape of white American women by Islamic males  shortly after openly gloating over the rise in premature deaths of white males in his article in The Washington Post.

Zakaria’s article unapologetically calls to increase the death rate of white Middle America by systematically targeting White American females with rape and gang rape.

“The white race is rightfully failing because it is a foolish, arrogant, and self-absorbed ethnicity that has racism infused into its very genes. While the sharp incline of the death rate of white males is happily a good start, the solution to the ‘white question’ will not be reached until there is a sharp decline in the population of white females as well. Much more needs to be done in this regard if this country is ever to advance from its ignorant backwardness towards being a conquered muslim nation.

Thankfully, the pedophile prophet muhammad has given muslims a foolproof way to speed up the decline of a vanquished nation by treating their women as our sex slaves, raping them till they die.  White Americans may try and fight the unstoppable tide, but their resistance will grow only weaker as the white race, having no courage or backbone loses its ability to keep its head above water. 

We may yet see some final convulsions before white Middle America is slaughtered into such a small number where it can be more easily controlled.”

CNN officials have refused to take action against their employee, stating that there was no evidence of hate speech or racism in Zakaria’s writings because he only targeted whites and not minorities. 

“Some people are just being too sensitive,” a CNN representative said in defense of Zakaria, adding that “someone’s hurt feelings should not inhibit our right to free speech.”

“Every death of a white person brings tears of joy to my eyes,” Zakaria posted on his Twitter account shortly after having to remove his article , in what is believed to be a passive-aggressive response to his critics.

 ZERO apology has been heard from Zakaria or CNN at the time of this writing.

It's not the Second Amendment's Fault that Inept and Lazy Law Enforcement failed to do their jobs

Dr. Henry Bello, was a family medicine physician, a Nigerian born muslim who had been allowed to stay in the United States on a expired work visa while having been arrested for sex abuse charges.  In February of 2015, Dr. Henry Bello, a muslim, resigned in lieu of being dismissed for sending threatening emails to a fellow physician at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.

 

He reportedly departed threatening to return and exact murderous revenge.

A background check would have shown that Dr Bellos was a foreign born muslim who had a criminal record that included an arrest for attempted burglary at 5:10 a.m. on April 23, 2003, when he kicked in the door to an ex-girlfriend’s apartment on Buchanan Place in the Bronx.

He was also that rare doctor with an arrest for fare evasion in the New York City subway, this at 5 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2003.

He was also arrested for sexual abuse, forcible touching, and unlawful imprisonment at 5:15 a.m. on Aug. 29, 2004, on Bond Street in Manhattan. He is said to have grabbed the victim’s crotch with one hand while he lifted her in the air with his other. He began dragging her away.

“You’re coming with me,” he told the victim according to her subsequent account to the police. The police were well aware of Dr. Bello's murderous threats against his co workers, most especially female co-workers. Yet, the police did nothing.  The immigration department did nothing.

 

Now, the New York Police Commissioner, the Mayor, and ever liberal crack pot wants to blame guns.  Which, is absolutely ludicrous, the fault not with the gun, but with the inept, lazy, law enforcement officers who knew that there was a ticking time bomb in the form of an unstable, muslim sex offender and potential kidnapper. Yet, the authorities did nothing.  The New York Police and the lax immigration officials who sat by and did not do their sworn duties to protect Americans should go to jail! 

There should be a Federal investigation and if found negligent people should lose their jobs at the very least. I truly hope there is some financially hungry lawyer who sees the failure of the hospital, the police, immigration to protect both staff and patients from this Nigerian born muslim bent on murder-suicide.
