Psychotronic Mind Weapons

Brain altering ‘psychotronic’ micro-wave guns capable of scrambling the mind of the intended victim has been green lighted by the Russian president Vladimir Putin.

These new weapons attack the central nervous system by altering brain wave patterns.  These new mind weapons use electromagnetic radiation. Russian president Putin boasted... ‘These Bio-weapons systems will be comparable to nuclear weapons, but will be more acceptable in terms of political and military ideology.’

Plans to begin building these mind-altering weapons were announced last week by Russian defence minister Anatoly Serdyukov.

Research into electromagnetic weapons has been secretly carried out in the US and Russia for the past 40 years.  Published research has proven that low-frequency micro-waves can affect brain cells, alter psychological states and can transmit suggestions and commands directly into the human brain.

High doses of microwaves has shown the ability to control behavior; even driving victims to suicide. Anatoly Tsyganok, head of the Military Forecasting Centre in Moscow, said: ‘This is a next generation mind-kill weapon."

2 years ago a former major in the Russian foreign intelligence agency, the GRU, died in Scotland after making claims about such a weapons programme to MI6.

Sergei Serykh, 43, claimed he was a victim of weapons which he said were ‘many times more powerful than any bullet fed gun in any modern army.

Mr Serykh died after falling from a Glasgow tower block with his wife and stepson in March 2010. 

The NSA'S Utah Data Center (UDC)

It seems that George Orwell is alive and well in the Utah.   It is in the Utah desert that the Nation Security Agency is putting it's finishing touches on it's All knowing--All Seeing--global communication complex. 

The NSA's Utah Data Center (UDC) a $2 billion and counting  infrastructure network of computers, satellites and phone lines which will be able to see, hear, and know every thing that moves, flies, walks or crawls on planet earth.  If it is electronic, connected to a computer, phone line, or satellite the NSA'S UDC center will know it in real time.   The NSA'S UDC is to become the central hub of the National Security Agency’s vast spying infrastructure.

 The UDC is erecting an invisible chain around the neck of every US citizen.  No where is a US citizen free of the intrusive surveillance currently practiced by the NSA.  With the new UDC complex in the Utah desert it will soon be the entire world who will share the electronic prison created by the NSA.   

Unwarranted and Illegal Information Mining

Attorney General Eric Holder has officially declared... “Unwarranted information mining of all US citizens is to be executed immediately."  Now, without any federal oversight the US government will collect, search and store data about ALL Americans.  No longer will it be just those suspected of terrorism.  Now, all American citizens are enemies of the Federal government and as such all American citizens will be treated as domestic terrorists.

The US Justice Department, State and local law enforcement and all the other national security agencies can NOW copy entire databases, public and private, then data mine them for any minutiae, illegal or otherwise.   The Federal double speak tries to sidestep this draconian truth by pretending that what they really are doing is sifting through the data for suspicious patterns to stop potential terrorist threats.

Sure, and I have a bridge for sale.

No where in the United States Constitution does it state that law enforcement is allowed to side step the clause on 'ILLEGAL Search and Seizure" because they 'MIGHT' find something illegal.

What law enforcement is doing is blatantly trampling on the 4th Amendment rights of all law abiding US citizens.  These illegal data mining operations should be under the jurisdiction of our courts.  That's why we have a Justice department so that when a WARRANT is necessary it is provided through DUE PROCESS of the law.



The Attorney General, Federal, State, and local law enforcement and all the other national security agencies who engage in warrant-less data mining on LAW ABIDING US citizens are in clear violation of the 4th Amendment to the constitution.

Again, I ask you...

Where is the Oversight?

Who is protecting the American people?
