The out right decapitation of the Polish government by Russian forces in Smolensk has been inundated by misdirection, slight of hand, and outright lies.

In the case of Polish President's Plane crash in Smolensk, Russian Intelligence was sure because of the heavily wooded area and difficult to reach location there would be no eye-witnesses.   As with all intel operations misjudgement and assumptions caused mistakes to be made. 

The mobile phone video shot seconds after the plane was intentionally brought by Russian intelligence was seen worldwide.  This was a major flaw in the Russian's plan, which, was to blame the crash on weather and pilot error.   

In the video there are people shouting Polish words in authoritative and angry tone: "Calm down! Look into my eyes! Change of plans!"
 
There are clear sounds of  gunfire.  Make no mistake, the survivors were being executed by Russian/Polish-traders special forces.  

The 10 official lies according to Leszek Szymowski, the former journalist of the weekly „Wprost" and TVP, the author of the controversial book titled: "Zamach w Smoleńsku," (Assasination in Smoleńsk)

1.The President's Tupolev airplane flew to Smolensk registered as an international flight. It's a lie: The plane was the governmental TU 154M, and the flight to Smolensk was registered as the military flight.

2.The crew of the plane was inexperienced and made fundamental mistakes. Ignoring orders of the air controllers and making an attempt to land. It's a lie: Pilots were professionally trained and had great experience, and the controller gave them permission to land.

3. At 8:41 am, after collision with a birch tree, the plane turned to its back and hit the ground. Power of the load factor killed all passengers. Nobody survived. It's a lie: Tupolev cut trees down, but to some point damaged, managed to make emergency landing in the mud. O8: 39 the strength of the bomb explosion tore it into pieces and killed some passengers. The ones, who survived, were murdered with firearms.

4.The video shot on the spot with a mobile phone by Wołodia Safonienko does not make any difference, and the sounds registered there, come from the explosion of the ammunition  of  Government Protection Bureau officers. It's a lie: Wołodia Safonienko didn't shoot this film. The sounds of the shots came from firearms, and the film is the evidence that passengers who survived, were murdered.

5.The investigation from the very beginning was conducted altogether by Poland and Russia, the cooperation was superb and it was led according to the highest standards. It's a lie: the Tusk government let the Russians carry the investigation and  the Polish prosecutor's office could hardly say anything. From the very beginning the Russians did monkey business.

6.From the very first second, the families of the victims were provided with legal and psychological aid and could participate in all activities. All bodies of the victims were identified and  transported to Poland.
It's a lie: families of victims have been humiliated from the beginning and had difficulties to get access to the investigative materials. The coffins brought to Poland were soldered and the families were not permitted to open them.

7.Polish and Russian investigators, bearing in mind importance of the case, diligently informed the public about the progress in the investigation and about the most important arrangements. It's a lie.  From the very first second after the crash, it has been a well organised disinformation action. Both Polish and Russian investigators lied. The Russian MAK Comitee and both governments lied as well.

8.Russian Security Services didn't have the slightest interest in killing Lech Kaczyński, because in a few months he would stop being a president and would walk away into the political oblivion. It's a lie: Lech Kaczyński could win elections again. He acted against the politics of Russian  imperialism, he tried to get Georgia into NATO. He reinforced the independence of Poland, contributed to dissolution of WSI (Poland's former Military Intelligence Services) and opposed the disadvantageous regulations of the gas agreement with Russia.

9.After the death of President Kaczyński, relations with Russia have been normalized, and relationships between both states have became eventually correct . It's a lie. Polish foreign policy turned into prorussian direction, and the servility of the government and the president Komorowski towards Russia have reached inconceivable scale.

10.The death of Lech Kaczyński was a result of the disaster being an effect of many ill-fated circumstances. It's a lie: Lech Kaczyński was murdered.

This deliberate assassination of the entire top echelon of the Polish government, including the Polish President was accomplished by the same organization with the same agenda as the 9/11 attacks within the United States.

A US Federal judge decides that HE is the ONLY judge of who is an ‘authorized journalist' and who is not.  

U.S. District Judge Marco A. Hernández  ruled that “investigative blogger” Crystal L. Cox “was not a journalist and cannot claim the protections afforded to mainstream reporters and news outlets.” 

In his ruling Judge Marco A. Hernández  arbitrarily decided  “investigative blogger” Crystal L. Cox Montana blogger was not acting as a journalist when she lambasted an Oregon attorney in online statements.

The ruling by Judge Marco A. Hernández began as a lawsuit filed against Internet blogger Crystal Cox that accused her of defaming Oregon attorney Kevin Padrick with writings on her website that called him corrupt.

Kevin Padrick was working as a trustee in the bankruptcy case of an Oregon-based real estate firm, Summit Accommodators Inc.

After Summit unraveled, executives with the firm were charged with wire fraud and money laundering over an alleged scheme that saw customers lose millions, according to the FBI.

Cox representing herself (ALWAYS a BAD Move)presented arguments seeking legal protections given to the media on the grounds that, in her view,KEVIN  PADRICK and his company, Obsidian Finance Group, were public figures.

US Media organizations are protected by ”actual malice” legal standard established in a 1964 U.S. Supreme Court decision, which holds that under the First Amendment, journalists to be liable for defamation must know or have warning signs their inflammatory statements against a public figure are false.

David Ardia, co-director of the University of North Carolina center for media law and policy, said the judge exhibited a “cramped and myopic” view of journalism in his ruling against Cox.

“There is no accepted definition of journalism or who is a journalist,” he said. “Judges have wisely shied away from wading into that debate unless they absolutely have to.”

John Barrows, executive director of the Montana Newspaper Association, told Reuters he found the ruling “troubling” but that his group would review it further.

WHO or WHAT qualifies as a Journalist in the United States?

The Central Intelligence Agency( C.I.A.) and the National Security Agency (N.S.A.) have BOTH said Internet Bloggers are modern day 21st century Journalists.   The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Security Agency (NSA) have altered policies to indicate they’re taking blogs seriously, and a growing number of public offices are actively reaching out to the blogosphere. The CIA recently updated its policies on Freedom of Information Act requests to allow bloggers to qualify for special treatment once reserved for old-school reporters. Last August, the NSA issued a directive to its employees to report leaks of classified information to the media — "including Internet BLOGGERS!"

At the  the criminal trial of former White House aide "Scooter" Libby was the first time a federal court had issued press credentials to bloggers.

"It’s not fundamentally different than other moments in earlier eras," Rosen explained. "Radio reporters had to be added to newspaper reporters, which were originally ‘the press.’ Public institutions had to make accommodations for television cameras when they became part of ‘the press.’" While some agencies are changing their policies — in the CIA’s case, they are granting bloggers a waiver on fees for copying the documents it releases to requesters once available only to traditional media.

 

Modern Day Slave Trade

Human trafficking is perpetrated in every country, rich or poor, and is the second largest, fastest growing organized crime in the world. Free the Slaves estimates that there are currently 27 million people toiling as modern day slaves around the globe.

Modern-day slavery looks different in North America than it does in Africa or Asia, the industry is nevertheless alive and thriving in all its forms.
Modern-day slaves are often hard to identify – anyone from a dishwasher in a restaurant, to a domestic or agricultural worker, to an adolescent runaway.  These people are all illegally bought and sold to sinister underworld figures who have total control over the falsely indebted slave.

Many low income workers are brought in from extremely poor foreign countries with promises of work.  When they get the United States their passports and cell phones,  when they have them, are seized, severing them from all outside contact.  Then, with threats of violence, rape, and death the newly indentured slaves are forced into all types of prostitution and sex work.

Yearly revenues of SLAVE trafficking are currently estimated at $5 billion to $9 billion US dollars.    The United States Department of State estimates 1,600,000 to 1,820,000 men, women, and children are sold into SLAVERY each year, approximately 70 percent are women and girls and up to 50 percent are minors.   The data also illustrates that the majority of transnational SLAVES are sold into the international sex trade.

Currently, enslavement of young men from middle eastern and African countries are being sold into SLAVERY for the sole purposes of free manual labor.   Back breaking labor exploitation is often hidden behind the facade of guest foreign labor, such as has been the case in Abu Dhabi.  At least 12.3 million people around the world are trapped in forced . Forced labor is often known as debt bondage. The victims are very poor migrants trapped in debt bondage-SLAVERY- such as, sweatshops, farm workers, day laborers, kitchen help, dishwashers, household servants, etc.  They are kept there by violent and illegal tactics and are generally paid nothing.

Told You So!

A federal appeals court in California is set to hear argument Thursday on whether to disqualify a federal judge who ruled that the US Constitution guarantees a right to gay marriage.

In California, supporters of Prop 8 (a ban on same-sex marriage) say the ruling by Chief US District Judge Vaughn Walker should be vacated because the San Francisco-based judge in the case failed to disclose that he was, himself, in a long-term gay relationship and stood to personally benefit from his landmark ruling.

At issue is whether Chief US District Judge Vaughn Walker who has since retired, should have revealed his relationship to the parties in the litigation prior to the 2010 trial or stepped quietly aside before hearing the case.

I already spoke about this very fact when Prop 8 (a ban on same-sex marriage) was voted into law by a majority of California voters and subsequently struck down by one single GAY judge.
I, again declare, that the judiciary is out of control in this country.  If the will of the people can be ignored by the 'WHIM' of a single US judge then we are not living in a Democracy, but a Judicial dictatorship.

‘Wind turbines, and wind turbine Farms continue to increase as the Global Warming lie is pushed on every continent.  As the actual wind turbine itself continues to grow ever larger, the incidents of deadly accidents, mechanical failures, fires, and wind turbine collapse increases daily.  

Wind Energy is FREE! reads the headlines in the 1990's as the Global Warming lie began to be ramped up by world governments.  

 

How safe is this 'FREE' wind energy?

In the last ten years 'FREE' wind power facilities have repeatedly shown that they are NOT reliable and durable as manufactures previously claimed. Many thousands of accidents, breakdowns have been reported in just the last 6 years. The main culprit is the gearboxes inside the white outer casings placed on top of the huge  towering masts which have very short lives.  Often, gearboxes promised to last 20 years, do not last five years.  Then, you have the other main problem which is fractures forming along the outer rotors, followed by cracks in the foundation.  Short circuits or overheated propellers have caused numerous fires.   This is all despite the original promises of the manufacturers which advertised that their wind turbines would exceed 20 years of service.

The force, acceleration, yaw, and pitch on the rotors blades far exceed what the manufactures expected.  The truth is the mechanical engineers did not do they due diligence, the wind speed is never consistent, there are gusts and direction changes along with heavy driving rains. Then, there are the X-factors such as lighting, hail, bird strikes, sleet, ice accumulation along the blades, which play havoc with the structural integrity and longevity of the wind turbine.  

However, instead of working to create more efficient technology, many manufacturers have simply elected to build even larger rotor blades, While,  larger machines have great capacity the strains that come to bear are far more difficult for the larger wind turbine to endure. 

‘Even the most basic component, the simple concrete foundation is experiencing higher then normal failure rates due to vibrational  load changes, stress fractures, water damages, ice strikes, and as always rusting of the rebar due to untended exposed cracks.

Repeated catastrophic wind turbine failures hit the news regularly. Here are just a few headlines...

Less than a year after the turbines were commissioned, a 100m turbine at the Crystal Rig in the Lammermuir Hills experienced a catastrophic blade failure.

The 38.8m (127 ft) blade, weighing over 7 tons, broke up at high speed in a gale, throwing debris for a considerable distance.
