Free Speech is now a Privleage not a RIGHT!

The Liberal Elite want to end freedom of Speech, which is the RIGHT of All Free Men set forth in the First Amendment to the US constitution.

Their current method of attack is wrapping the iron fist of censorship in the velvet glove of  "protect the children!"

  In New York the lapdogs of the NWO,  NY Senators have thrown off the velvet glove and now plan to directly assault the First Amendment just as they have repeatedly stripped away New Yorkers rights to keep and bear arms, despite the fact that US Constitution clearly states otherwise.   Now, the lemming NY Senators plan to redefine the right to free speech as a privilege that 'THEY' and only 'THEY' have the power to give and take away.

 NY state senators :

"Proponents of a more refined First Amendment argue that this freedom should be treated not as a right but as a privilege — a special entitlement granted by the GOVERNMENT on a conditional basis that can be revoked when ever those in power feel threatened."

These NY state senators have stated publicly that the GOVERNMENT possesses the POWER to grant the "privilege" of free speech to citizens and to take it way at will.  It is their belief that all power, authority, and privilege belongs to GOVERNMENT.

American assassination panel headed by White House

Assassination of American citizens is now being sanctioned by a senior panel of US politician.  This is being done so Obama can have  

Plausible deniability in the ILLEGAL killing of US citizens.


Dr Ron Paul said recently..."We cannot disregard our own laws and the constitution of the US. To do so renders them meaningless for the rest of us. To have a panel or tribunal approving the killing of American Citizens (on or offshore) is a TRAVESTY and must be stopped!

This kind of power does not belong in the hands of the President or anyone else. The "correct" way to deal with this is to find the errant citizen, bring them back to the US, and put them on trial in a public and open forum - let them face their accusers and let the government present evidence of treasonous acts, then allow a jury to decide the accused persons fate! If they are hiding in a hostile country without extradition agreements with the US, a case can be made for the forcible removal of the accused US Citizen and still stay within US Law. (Those same laws were used in and by Israel when they were hunting down the last couple of surviving Nazi War Criminals who'd established new identities and new lives in South America or Australia - so we know they can and do work.)

If our government takes it upon themselves to deny the right to a trial by a jury, the right to face their accusers, and the right to see and defend/refute the evidence against one, then it is NOT the USA any longer. We have become diminished. If we ignore the lofty ideals of our forefathers and the drafters of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, then we will forfeit our nation and our freedoms in short order."

The White House dose not have the legal or moral authority to freely assassinate American citizens.  The US Constitution strictly forbids such practice. 

BY US Constitutional  LAW, the White House must, with all possible means, find a way to detain the US citizen , and BY US Constitutional  LAW, allow this US citizen a trail by jury, and the means to defend him or herself in a US court of law. Anything else, anything at all, is ILLEGAL and unconstitutional.

Mr Obama without LAW there is anarchy. As an attorney, and a dues paying member of the American B.A.R. you are aware of this. 

I ask you Mr Obama is this the CHANGE you so eloquently spoke of during your campaign to be President; to turn the United States of America from a Union of States ruled by Laws to a defacto dictatorship?

Steve Jobs 1955-2011

Steven P. Jobs, the technology pioneer who co-founded Apple Inc with Steve Wozniak, a high school friend, in his parents' Silicon Valley garage in 1976, has died.   Like no other, Steve Jobs transformed one technology after another, from computers and smartphones to music and movies, he was 56.

Steve Jobs had resigned as chief executive of Apple in August 2011, after struggling with cancer of the pancreas, which, was first found in 2003.  Due to the aggressive nature of the pancreatic cancer, he went on to have a liver transplant six years later. 

 Steve Jobs was born in San Francisco on Feb. 24, 1955, to Joanne Carole Schieble and Syrian immigrant Abdulfattah Jandali.  Young, poor, and unmarried, they pair put Steve up for adoption.  With joy, Steve was adopted by Paul Jobs, a high school dropout who sold used cars and worked as a machinist, and his wife, Clara.

Steve's accomplishments are on record and well known.  He took every disadvantage, every difficulty, and turned them to his advantage.   He never gave up, gave in, or accepted anyone else vision except his own.   Steve saw that beauty, form, and function all had it's place in the world of technology.  His singular, lazer like focus has made the modern world a better place. 

I have an Iphone4 which I love.  I look forward to buying many more Apple Inc products through out my life.  Steve Jobs and Apple Inc has made my life easier, more navigable, more connected, more productive, and most importantly, much more FUN thanks to the technology created and shepherded by Steve Jobs during his time at the helm of Apple Inc.   

For that I thank you Steven P. Jobs...

US shoots comet sending it into the Sun

On Oct 2nd 2011 at 12 midnight CST the United States Military Space Division  altered the trajectory of a Near Earth bound Comet by means of a high explosive hyper-ballistic intercept vehicle.

The actual impact of the NEB-comet is classified, but the inbound comet can be seen before the impact and then right after the impact.  You can actually watch as the broken up comet  then turns from it's Earth bound course, to then head, broken up, straight into the sun.

The impact of the broken up comet into the sun causes a HUGE Coronal Mass Ejection, which NASA did leave up on its SOHO website.  Below are video evidence depicting all of this, despite NASA'S underhanded tricks of trying to hide what the United States Military Space Division actually accomplished.

and download the same video C2.gif, the point were it comes in from the bottom and impacts is now missing, as the picture now skips very fast past 16:00 to 21:00 right at the very point it comes on screen (see below compared to original )

Personal Data Retention Periods of American Cellular Providers

All American major cellular providers, including Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile all retain personal PRIVATE information in ALL text messages, such as who, when, and the entire content of the text message. Supposedly, only Verizon and Virgin Mobile retain the actual content of the text messages.

Verizon, Sprint and Nextel retain IP session and destination information allowing law enforcement CARTE BLANCH to all of your personal and PRIVATE information. This is done so that the GOV.  can find out ALL websites someone has visited on their cell phone.

All GPS movement while you are using your cell phone is also retained by all American cell-phone service providers.  Cell phones continuously transmit GPS data to cell-sites scattered across the nation and cell phone service providers keep records of the this geolocational data, essentially recording the physical movement of EVERYONE using a cell phone.

Verizon and T-Mobile keep that data for one year, Sprint and Nextel keep it up to two years, and AT&T keeps it FOREVER.
