Travel restrictions were already in place

To the foreign governments and American liberals  crying about Trump's new travel ban...US President Barack Obama's administration selected these seven muslim countries for travel bans first . Trump is simply following obama's policy. Yet, no where in the media is anyone saying this. 

Further more...the seven Muslim-majority countries targeted in President Trump's executive order on immigration were initially identified as "countries of concern" under the Obama administration.

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer on Sunday pointed to the Obama administration's actions as the basis for their selection of the seven countries. Trump's order bars citizens from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen from entering the U.S. for the next 90 days. 

 

 

"These travel restrictions were already in place from those seven countries!

 

"What the president did was take the first step through this executive order of ensuring that we're looking at the entire system of who's coming in, refugees that are coming in, people who are coming in from places that have a history or that our intelligence suggests that we need to have further extreme vetting for."

 

The E.O. from President Trump says that it seeks “Suspension of Issuance of Visas and Other Immigration Benefits to Nationals of Countries of Particular Concern.” It also says “I hereby proclaim that the immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens from countries referred to in section 217(a)(12) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1187(a)(12), would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and I hereby suspend entry into the United States, as immigrants and nonimmigrants, of such persons for 90 days from the date of this order.”

This was obama's own policy from 2015... Nobody batted an eye when obama's name was attached to this regulation. The Department of Homeland Security targeted these seven countries over the last years as countries of concern. 

 

In February 2016 “The Department of Homeland Security today announced that it is continuing its implementation of the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015 with the addition of Libya, Somalia, and Yemen as three countries of concern, limiting Visa Waiver Program travel for certain individuals who have traveled to these countries.” It noted “the three additional countries designated today join Iran, Iraq, Sudan and Syria as countries subject to restrictions for Visa Waiver Program travel for certain individuals.” 

 

It was the US policy under obama to restrict and target people “who have been present in Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, at any time on or after March 1, 2011 (with limited government/military exceptions).” This was text of the US Customs and Border Protection in 2015 relating to “the Visa Waiver Program and Terrorist Travel Protection Act of 2015“. The link even includes the seven nation list in it: “Iraq, Syria, Iran, SUdan, Somalia or Yemen.”

As for the rest of the world crying about what the United States is doing to protect itself from a violent cancer known as islam I say to them fix your own radical muslim problem first.

  President Trump's WH chief of staff Reince Priebus spoke with NBC's Chuck Todd on 'Meet The Press' to defend Trump's executive order restricting people coming into the U.S. from seven middle eastern countries.   

CHUCK TODD: I want to start with timing on the executive order and this sense of urgency in trying to implement it immediately. Was there any thought given of creating a 72-hour grace period, a one-week grace period in order to allow border patrol agents to understand what the rules are, allow agencies in the federal government to understand what the rules are? It seems that a lot of the chaos yesterday could have been avoided had you at least included some sort of timed grace period. Why was that not included?
 

REINCE PRIEBUS: Well, I don't think you want to have a grace period, Chuck, because then people that want to do bad things to Americans just move up their travel date two days in order to get into the country before the grace period's over. So I think it's one of these things that, and if you ask a lot of people at the customs and border patrol will just tell you, "You got to rip off the band aid and you have to move forward."
And so it wasn't chaos. I mean, the fact of the matter is 325,000 people from foreign countries came into the United States yesterday. And 109 people were detained for further questioning. Most of those people were moved out. We've got a couple dozen more that remain. And I would suspect as long as they're not awful people that they will move through before another half a day today. And perhaps some of these people should be detained further. And if they're folks that shouldn't be in this country they're going to be detained. And so apologize for nothing here.

BBC Northampton unexpectedly announced: 'Breaking News: President Trump is injured in arm by gunfire #Inauguration'.

It followed the historic swearing-in ceremony of the new US President in Washington DC which came against a backdrop of violent protests across the country.

The tweet was quickly deleted by the BBC Northampton.

This is the same BBC media which knew ??? BEFORE it happened that Building 7 was going to fall.  The BBC actually announced the collapse of Building 7 on September 11, 2001 which it was still standing in the back ground of the below video. 

 

Makes  you wonder what was PLANNED for 1/20/2017 that did not happen.  Those in the KNOW all held their breath yesterday because intelligence was on HIGH alert for possible POTUS attacks.  Thankfully, by GOD's grace America was spared such a travesty of justice.  

Trump is a Class Act

A FedEx courier and former security guard from Illinois was surprised with an invitation to meet with Donald Trump after the President-elect saw a story on the struggling single father. But the special meeting wasn’t the only surprise. The young man was stunned when Trump presented him with a check for $10,000.

Shane Bouvet, a 23-year-old single dad, was featured in a Washington Post story highlighting his visit to D.C. to support Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The paper revealed that Bouvet was headed to D.C. in a borrowed suit and donated shoes to celebrate Trump’s oath of office.


“This is pretty much the biggest thing I’ve done in my life,” Bouvet told the paper. “I don’t get out much. I’m a small-town, blue-collar guy.”

But a mere visit to Washington to see this historic day was far from the only notable thing about Bouvet’s visit, because Trump himself saw the paper’s feature on Bouvet and invited the young man to a one-on-one meeting.

On Thursday, only a day before he took the oath of office to become the 45th president of the United States of America, Donald Trump met Mr. Bouvet, shook his hand, and offered some help.

“This is the greatest guy,” Trump said as he shook Bouvet’s hand in a tented area behind the Lincoln Memorial on Thursday, the Post reported.

Bouvet called his father and had him say hello to the president in waiting. The President-elect laughed that Bouvet’s father, who is also named Don, has “a great name.”

After Bouvet’s phone call back home, Trump signed autographs for the young man’s son and then came the big surprise.

As Mr. Bouvet prepared to end his historic meeting with the President-elect, Donald Trump handed him a personal check for $10,000.

As he walked away stunned and crying, Bouvet muttered aloud, “Did that just happen?”

Judge Andrew  Napolitano writes...On Jan. 3, outgoing Attorney General Loretta Lynch secretly signed an order directing the National Security Agency -- America’s 60,000-person-strong domestic spying apparatus -- to make available raw spying data to all other federal intelligence agencies, which then can pass it on to their counterparts in foreign countries and in the 50 states upon request. She did so, she claimed, for administrative convenience. Yet in doing this, she violated basic constitutional principles that were erected centuries ago to prevent just what she did.

 

Here is the back story.

In the aftermath of former President Richard Nixon’s abusive utilization of the FBI and CIA to spy on his domestic political opponents in the 1960s and '70s -- and after Nixon had resigned from office in the wake of all that -- Congress passed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which created a secret court that was charged with being the sole authority in America that can authorize domestic spying for non-law enforcement purposes.

The standard for a FISA court authorization was that the subject of the spying needed to be a foreign person in the United States who was an agent of a foreign power. It could be a foreign janitor in a foreign embassy, a foreign spy masquerading as a diplomat, even a foreign journalist working for a media outlet owned by a foreign government.

 

The American spies needed a search warrant from the FISA court. Contrary to the Constitution, the search warrant was given based not on probable cause of crime but rather on probable cause of the status of the person as an agent of a foreign power. This slight change from “probable cause of crime” to “probable cause of foreign agency” began the slippery slope that brought us to Lynch’s terrible order of Jan. 3.

After the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, numerous other statutes were enacted that made spying easier and that continued to erode the right to be left alone guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment. 

The Patriot Act permitted FBI agents to write their own search warrants for business records (including medical, legal, postal and banking records), and amendments to FISA itself changed the wording from probable cause “of foreign agency” to probable cause of being “a foreign person” to all Americans who may “communicate with a foreign person.”

As if Americans were children, Congress made those sleight-of-hand changes with no hoopla and little serious debate. Our very elected representatives -- who took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution -- instead perverted it.

 

It gets worse.

The recent USA Freedom Act permits the NSA to ask the FISA court for a search warrant for any person -- named or unnamed -- based on the standard of “governmental need.” One FISA court-issued warrant I saw authorized the surveillance of all 115 million domestic customers of Verizon. The governmental need standard is no standard at all, as the government will always claim that what it wants, it needs.

All these statutes and unauthorized spying practices have brought us to where we were on Jan. 2 -- namely, with the NSA having a standard operating procedure of capturing every keystroke on every computer and mobile device, every telephone conversation on every landline and cellphone, and all domestic electronic traffic -- including medical, legal and banking records -- of every person in America 24/7, without knowing of or showing any wrongdoing on the part of those spied upon.

 

The NSA can use data from your cellphone to learn where you are, and it can utilize your cellphone as a listening device to hear your in-person conversations, even if you have turned it off -- that is, if you still have one of the older phones that can be turned off.

Notwithstanding all of the above gross violations of personal liberty and constitutional norms, the NSA traditionally kept its data -- if printed, enough to fill the Library of Congress every year -- to itself. So if an agency such as the FBI or the DEA or the New Jersey State Police, for example, wanted any of the data acquired by the NSA for law enforcement purposes, it needed to get a search warrant from a federal judge based on the constitutional standard of “probable cause of crime.”

Until now.

Now, because of the Lynch secret order, revealed by The New York Times late last week, the NSA may share any of its data with any other intelligence agency or law enforcement agency that has an intelligence arm based on -- you guessed it -- the non-standard of governmental need.

So President Barack Obama, in the death throes of his time in the White House, has delivered perhaps his harshest blow to constitutional freedom by permitting his attorney general to circumvent the Fourth Amendment, thereby enabling people in law enforcement to get whatever they want about whomever they wish without a showing of probable cause of crime as the Fourth Amendment requires. That amendment expressly forbids the use of general warrants -- search where you wish and seize what you find -- and they had never been a lawful tool of law enforcement until Lynch's order.

Down the slope we have come, with the destruction of liberty in the name of safety by elected and appointed government officials. At a time when the constitutionally recognized right to privacy was in its infancy, Justice Louis Brandeis warned all who love freedom about its slow demise. He wrote: “Experience should teach us to be most on our guard to protect liberty when the Government's purposes are beneficent. Men born to freedom are naturally alert to repel invasion of their liberty by evil-minded rulers. The greatest dangers to liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well meaning but without understanding.”

 

Race baiting Al Sharpton's march against Trump fails miserably

The great DIVIDER Al Sharpton’s been getting rich by pushing hate and the RACE CARD in America for decades. Even before obama gave him the unofficial title of Secretary of Race baiting, Sharpton was out pushing racially divisive issues so he could make a buck on the misery of others. Now that obama is THANKFULLY gone, Sharpton has very little to tide him over.  Sharpton has accomplished absolutely nothing on behalf of the black community. Modern black leaders are finally waking up to the truth of Reverend Al's  hustling and jiving, all of which he does, so that he can stuff money in his pockets. 

 

 

 

The president of the National Black Church Initiative told members of the network’s 34,000 Afro-American churches to Skip Al Sharpton’s March on Washington 1-20-2017.  NBCI’s statement, released a day before Sharpton’s march, called out Sharpton for squandering his “carte blanche access” to the obama White House, claiming that he “wasted a golden opportunity to secure critical issues that affect the African American community.” Instead of pursuing meaningful changes, “Al Sharpton and his liberal friends took their time to line their pockets and get rich."

On Saturday morning, NBCI’s members reached out to express their thoughts on Sharpton's call to march...

“They’re asking our churches to pay for busing, for hotel rooms, for meals and then Sharpton wants us to march for him, so that he looks like he's the head of all African Americans.   Al Sharpton did NOTHING for us when they’ve had all the power, money, and influence  for the past eight years? 

Al Sharpton wants us to legitimize him and his giant ego.  Let me ask you...Where was Al Sharpton when 700 African-Americans were murdered in Chicago last year? Answer..No where! Cause he can't make any money off of Black on Black crime.  

Today, African-American Church organizations are holding Al Sharpton accountable. We’re not lining up for Al Sharpton like toy soldiers, so that he looks like he's still influential in the African-American community. 

Al Sharpton is all about Sharpton and what he can get for himself.   African Americans have created our own agenda apart from him, we don't need a divisive race baiter pretending that he's some how in charge of all African Americans!"
 

In the past, NBCI has said that the Democratic Party has not met the needs of its black constituents, slamming both Sharpton and the National Black Caucus.  NBCI’s political influence reaches 34,000 affiliate churches which have 15.7 million members, spanning 15 denominations and 48 states.
