Israel NOW has ICBM's which can reach New York

Israel conducted a successful launch of it's Jericho-3 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) on Wednesday. The launch of the missile could be seen with the naked eye from Ashkelon to Tel Aviv.  The test was carried out at the secret Israeli Palmahim air base which is used for testing various missile systems including Hetz-2 missile defense system and Jericho 1&2.   Palmahim is also the home of Israel's future spaceport..

Intelligence reports indicate that the three stage missile can deliver a 1,650lb warhead to a distance exceeding a range of 6,125 miles. The Israeli Jericho-3 carries multiple independently targetable re-entry warheads.   With that in mind the new Israeli Jericho-3 missile can easily strike Beijing, New York, and Tehran.

It is well known in intelligence circles that the Jericho-3 ICBM secretly went into active Israeli service in 2008. Primarily, the Jericho-3 is designed for deep underground basing.  As a result of constant tweaks and improvements since it's 2008 inception it is now possible for the Jericho-3 ICBM to strike from mobile vehicles, rail cars, and submarines.  One major advancement to the Jericho-3 is it's new ability to negate any and all forms of interception due to it's hypersonic flight characteristics.

The hardliners in Iran should read between the lines and listen to what  what Israel saying by leaking this in the media.

No phones, radios, internet on 11/9/11

On 11/9/11 the US government intends to sever all domestic communication for approximately  three minutes or 180 seconds.  This is being done not for the welfare of the of the citizens of the United States, but for the welfare of the US government.  

With this, already in place, capability the US government is stating to the citizens of the United States that, IT, the US government has complete control of all domestic communications. 

The Feds state that this is a test of the emergency response system, the terror alert system.  The Feds plan to enact a complete communications shutdown: all TV, radio, internet, and phone systems will be disabled simultaneously. This will be at 1:00 CST.

My question is this "When would it be advantageous to the citizens of the United States of America to be denied breaking national emergency communications?"


Answer: NEVER!!!

Now, pose that same question for the federal government:

  "When would it be advantageous to the Federal government to sever all national and domestic communication?"

Answer: Whenever the Federal government feels threatened by a free and informed citizenry!  


If this were a test to make sure the system was intact in the event of an emergency I could understand it.  This, however, isn't that!   This is the US government demonstrating by FORCE that all life, liberty, and ALLOWED communication derives from the US Federal government.

From 11/9/11 it will be the US government who will decide what, when, and IF the people of the United States of America are allowed to hear information.

What does this mean?

Think Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.  As the anti-government crowds grew in Egypt, what did the government do? They shut down all cell phones and internet access in an effort to halt communications.  So that the protesters would be hampered in their attempts to join together and demand that the rouge few who have seized control of a once free government be ousted from office.

Obama was/is nothing more then Misdirection

Obama was nothing more then misdirection by TPTB.  Obama did as all politicians do, He lied and lied and lied.   When He got what he wanted, the White House, then he did as he was told, and it was business as usual in Washington.  Everything of substance Obama promised, turned out to be nothing more the campaign rhetoric.  Which in plain speak is LIES!

I could go point by point all that Obama promised and failed to deliver on, but whats the point. The American people have been lied to for so long it's actually accepted that politicians lie.  It's accepted that anything coming out of a politician's mouth is LIES!  If you actually believe anything a politician says it's fodder for entertainment. An example is this embarrassing clip below.  This woman actually BELIEVES the outright LIES coming from Obama's mouth.  The sad thing is that WE find that funny.

The sadder thing is that we live in a country where believing in our Leaders is joke. Where it is accepted that 'We the People of the United States of America' can no longer depend on those who have been propped up by fake elections and a 2 party dictatorship.  I know many people laughed at this woman's comments, but, to me, those are the same type people who laughed with Nero as Rome burned.

FOIA is under attack by US Intelligence Agencies

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is under attack by US Intelligence Agencies who want the legal power to inform Law Abiding US Citizens that the records which they are seeking, don't exist. When in fact they DO EXIST! 

At present the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) states the government may withhold information and issue a one page letter which read the following...

"The records you are seeking through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) can neither be confirmed to exist, nor, at this time can their existence be denied, if indeed they ever existed in the first place."  This mouth full of con fusing languge is what is termed in the intellignce community as a Glomar denial . The Glomar denial arose in the mid-1970s when the Los Angeles Times sought information about the CIA's ship 'The Glomar Explorer' built specifically to recover a sunken Soviet submarine.  When the CIA’s realized that their top secret project was out in the open they went to great lengths to deny the story by lying about the existence of documents pertaining to the 'Glomar' ship and it's clandestine mission.

 The new proposal by the Department of Justice – would direct government agencies to “respond to the request AND OUTRIGHT LIE!  Stating that the records do not exist."

It's now to the point that the Federal government thinks it has grown so big, so powerful that they are no longer beholden to the people, to the US constitution, to any semblance of truth, honor, or dignity.

The usual suspects are making the usual noise, such as, ACLU, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and OpenTheGovernment.org, which,  stated publicly that the revision would systematically destroy what infinitesimal government integrity was left.   The Public deserves the right to the truth, even if the lying, thieving, leviathan federal government disagrees.

This proposed revision to the rule would be the last nail in the coffin of the rotting, decaying corpse that was once the United States of America, the land of the free, the home of the brave. 

In a recent case brought by the ACLU of Southern California, the FBI denied the existence of documents. But the court later discovered that the documents did exist.

U.S. District Judge Cormac Carney wrote that the “Government cannot, NOR does it have the right, under any circumstance, to willingly, affirmatively, and with forethought, mislead the Court.”

The Department of Justice simply ignored the ruling and conducted business as usual...
