who stands accused of false arrest and civil rights violations in a claim brought by a protester involved in the 2004 demonstrations at the Republican National Convention. Then, 1,800 people were arrested during protests against the Iraq war and the policies of president George W Bush. Alan Levine, a civil rights lawyer representing a protester at the event, has filed an action against Bologna and another officer in 2007. The case is expected to be heard next year.

GMC 'OnStar' Begins Spying On Customers

OnStar’s latest T&C has some very unsettling updates to it, which include the ability to sell your personal GPS location information, speed, safety belt usage, and other information to third parties, including law enforcement. To add insult to a slap in the face, the company insists they will continue collecting and selling this personal information even after you cancel your service, unless you specifically shut down the data connection to the vehicle after canceling.

GMC OnStar has granted themselves the right to collect any and ALL information “for any purpose, at any time, provided that following collection of such location and speed information identifiable to your Vehicle, it is shared only on an anonymized basis.” Mind you we have to trust that GMC will actually keep it's word!

This gives full authority for GMC OnStar to now track and collect information about your current GPS position and speed any time and anywhere, instead of only in the rare, limited circumstances the old contract outlined.

Anonymized GPS data?  In the real world, for anyone with a computer, can UN-anonymize GPS data!   If your GMC vehicle is consistently parked at your home, driving down your driveway, or taking a left or right turn onto your street, its pretty obvious that this is where you live! What’s unique even more-so to OnStar is that the data they claim they sell as part of their business model is useless unless it’s specific; that is, not diluted to the nearest 10 mile radius, etc. This combination of analytics, and their prospective customers (law enforcement, marketers, etc) requires the data be disturbingly precise. Anyone armed with Google can easily do a phone book or public records search to find the name and address that resides at any given GMC GPS vehicle coordinate.

So it is a FACT that GMC will sell/pass along to anyone GOV. asking for the GPS location of your vehicle and your vehicle’s vital info collected by GMC OnStar.

What else will GMC Onstar be used for?

1) Vehicles that frequently speed, and provide law enforcement “traffic services” the ability to trace them back to their homes or businesses, as well as tell them where to set up speed traps.

2) For insurance companies who want to check and make sure you’re wearing your seat belt, or automatically give you rate increases if you speed, even if you’re never in an accident?

3) Drivers who shop at certain stores.

4) How about employers who purchase these records from these third parties to see where their employees (or prospective employees) travel to (and how fast)

5) Lawyers who want to subpoena these records to use against you if you’re ever sued,

6) GOV. agencies who want to monitor you,

7)Marketing firms

GMC OnStar’s also mentions that at some point, when the money offer is too high to ignore,  GMC Onstar WILL at some point be sold, and all of your information with it.

Then, a data collection company, such as a Google, Apple, dot GOV, will have TOTAL access to the entire GPS history of your GMC auto, turck, suv!

Judiciary for $ale

Judiciary for $ale is a thriving business here in America.  Take for instance an indited Pennsylvania juvenile court judge who was recently sentenced to 28 years in prison for accepting payment to send juveniles to a for-profit detention facility in a scandal dubbed "kids for cash,"



Former Luzerne County Juvenile Court Judge Mark Ciavarella, 61, took bribes of over $1 million (US) Dollars from a developer of private detention facilities.
The scam was "kids for cash" thousands of juveniles were convicted on spurious charges by Ciavarella and another former judge, Michael Conahan.

Ginger Franklin, Hendersonville, Tennessee, fell down the stairs in her condo and suffered a bump on her head.  She was declared “temporarily mentally incapacitated” and a guardian was appointed through the courts. In a matter of 6 weeks the COURT appointed Guardian ate through Franklin's Home, savings, cars, anything that could be sold at fire-sale prices.   Today,Franklin is free from the Court Appointed Guardianship but is destitute and bankrupt. 

Joe N. (not his real name) was air lifted to a hospital in Orlando from Ocalaby helicopter after  a motorcycle crash.   During surgery Joe N. aspirated on his own vomit, causing serious and permanent brain damage.  That’s when a COURT appointed guardian was contacted by the hospital and appointed by the court as Joe N.'s full plenary, permanent guardian.

The corporate COURT appointed guardian petitioned the court and LIED saying that Joe N. had no family.  In reality, Joe N. had a wife and four teenage children.  It took more than two months for Joe N.'s wife to discover what had happened to her husband and where he was located.   Joe N.'s wife wanted to bring him home and get him out of the guardianship.  The guardian, however, kept moving Joe N. from location to location, city to city, until the statute of limitations for suing the hospital had expired.  Shortly after the statute of limitations ended, Joe N. conveniently died.


 America has become a country that is ruled by Judicial Oligarchs who are tethered by a financial leash to the soulless Corporations which feed off of public misery, tragedy, and when financially profitable, human death. 

Building 7 the Smoking Gun of 9-11

I believe with all my heart that Building 7 was the UNEXPECTED major flaw in the Globalists plan for Mass Murder on 9-11.   The sudden and unexplained fall to earth of  Building 7, a 47-story steel-framed skyscraper at 5:20PM EDT was a major flaw in the crime perpetrated on the American people on 0-11.   There has been a complete black out in the U.S. media about Building 7’s collapse.  I won't even go into the Farce called the 9/11 Commission Report. Let us look at irrefutable verified facts of the Building 7 and it's glaring declaration that 9/11 was a crime of the highest magnitude. 

1: WTC Building 7 was one of the largest buildings in downtown Manhattan. It was 47 stories tall, about half the height of the Towers, and took up an entire city block. It was 300 feet from the closest Twin Tower (the North Tower, WTC 1), and was a steel-framed, concrete structure.

2: WTC Building 7 – on its 23^rd floor – housed an Emergency Command Center for the City of New York that Mayor Rudolph Giuliani had built in the mid-1990’s. On the morning of September 11^th, Mayor Giuliani did not go “to his Command Center – with its clear view of the Twin Towers – but to a makeshift, street-level headquarters at 75 Barkley Street.” WTC 7 also held the offices of numerous government agencies, including the Department of Defense, the CIA, the Secret Service, the IRS, and the Security and Exchange Commission. Late 2001 was the time of “the height of the investigation into Enron, so the majority of Enron’s SEC filings were likely destroyed when World Trade Center 7 came down

3: WTC Building 7 was not hit by airplane or significant debris on September 11^th. It had been evacuated after the planes hit the towers. By the afternoon of September 11^th, there were a few small fires of unknown origin evident in the building, and these small fires could be seen in only a few of the hundreds and hundreds of windows in the building.

4: On September 11, 2001, at 5:20PM, EDT, World Trade Center Building 7 suddenly and rapidly collapsed. Beginning with the penthouse, all 47 stories of it imploded into its own footprint in less than seven seconds. Which in the Demolition business id known as Free-Fall Speed. 

5: On September 16^th, NASA flew an airplane over the World Trade Center site, recorded infrared radiation coming from the ground, and created a thermal map. The U.S. Geological Survey analyzed this data, and determined the actual temperature of the rubble. This map shows that five days after the collapse of Building 7, the surface temperature of a section of its rubble was 1,341º F. This high a temperature is indicative of the use of explosives.

6: The collapse of WTC Building 7 shows 5 characteristics of a controlled demolition:

1)It “dropped directly into its own footprint in a smooth, vertical motion”;

2)It “collapsed completely in less than seven seconds”;

3)“Dust streamed out of the upper floors of Building 7 early in its collapse”;

4)“WTC 7’s roof inverted toward its middle as the collapse progressed”; and

5) “WTC 7’s rubble was mostly confined to the block on which the building stood. 

“Larry Silverstein had taken out a long lease on the World Trade Center only six weeks before 9/11. In a PBS documentary entitled ‘America Rebuilds’, originally aired in September of 2002, Silverstein made the following statement about Building 7:

‘I remember getting a call from the, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, “We’ve had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.” 

               In the Demolition Business, the term "Pull It" Means explosive demolition.

               Which is EXACTLY what happened to WTC Building 7 on 9-11-2001. 

Question:  Who had the access, blasting materiel and expertise to engineer such a demolition of the WTC Building 7 PRIOR TO September 11, 2001.  Who placed the explosives?

Answer:   President George W. Bush’s brother, Marvin Bush, and his cousin, Wirt Walker III, were principles in the company Stratesec, formerly named Securacom who were in charge of security for the World Trade Center prior to 9-11-2001.  

9-11 The Rape of the American Mind

At 8am in the morning on September 11th 2001 the culmination of the NWO's end game began.  The last obstacle to the 'New American Century' was about to be removed by mass murder, mind rape, and criminal betrayal.  

Culpable in this Treason was the American Main Stream Media (MSM) who with bloody hands directed the digital abomination for the whole country to watch. 

With forethought and malicious intent the Globalist ruling elite perpetrated murder most foul on the American people.  On 9/11/2001 the brutal mass murder of 3,000+ American citizens has become the 21st centuries  "Shot heard 'round the world." A phrase which heralded the beginning of the American Revolutionary War. 

 Later, in Europe the phrase became synonymous with the shot that killed Archduke Franz Ferdinande  the final act which would plunged Europe into WWI.

Today, I say that  the brutal mass murder of 3,000+ American citizens on 9-11-2001 is the 'Shoot heard round the World' which I can only pray ignites the last embers of freedom still burning in the hearts and minds of freedom loving Americans everywhere.  
The common men and women who rose to the call of duty on 9-11 to become valiant hero's, let not their innocent blood go quietly into the long night.  

Let the silent voices of the unnamed martyrs who leapt from the burning towers become the awakening blast which rouses the American people to action.

The NSA Thought Police

The United States National Security Agency (NSA) has created an artificial intelligence system linked to the internet 1 and 2 as well as every database on the planet.  Using With the entire world's computing power as a electronic  brain, the new NSA artificial intelligence (AI) thinking machine will be able to predict future behavior of all humans based on all phone calls, credit card receipts, social networks, such as, Facebook, MySpace, Goolge+, GPS sat tracks, all cell phone geolocation data, current to the second, Internet searches, Amazon book purchases,  and all bridge and toll booth records.

This NSA machine is called Aquaint, which stands for "Advanced QUestion Answering for INTelligence."  The precursor to the Aquaint project was the  Total Information Awareness project an off shot of the United States Advanced Research and Development Activity (DARPA) black budget projects in the 1980's under Ronald Regan.  The Aquaint project was previously headed by John Prange, an NSA scientist at the Advanced Research and Development Activity. Now, the head of programs at Aquaint is classified.


The NSA project later morphed into the newly named the Disruptive Technology Office, which has now morphed into the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA).

The NSA the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) is being designed as a learning machine which will eavesdrop and perform other classified spycraft. The NSA IARPA, with a hugely expanded black budget, will  move into its new 120,000-square-foot home at M Square Research Park in College Park, Maryland.  Two million-square-feet, packed into a 128-acre complex, adject to the University of Maryland.

It seems that George Orwell's nightmare future novel 1984, where all mankind is robbed of all free-thought, privacy, and free-emotion by Big Brother Thought Police was not so far off the mark.
